Have you tried www.amazon.co.jp? They do ship overseas and you can switch the site to limited English, which will be sufficient to get you through the entire process!
Andy
Here's one of the ISBN # 4938780763
I tried www.amazon.co.jp and was able to pull up one of the books but the additional links were broken and the english part was VERY limited =-(
thanks for the suggestion guys...

Oh man, definitely can't forget to add GSXR750 to the list. He helped arrange a chance for me to swing by and pick the item up from him directly and given my insane schedule that can be a true nightmare. Very sadly I only got to see the item for about half a second but I have absolutely no reason to believe it's in anything less than perfect condition. Now if I can only get my girlfriend to stop holding it hostage.... Thanks again Joey!
Thanks for the compliment =-) Ditto to you as well, great buyer.
Dang bro, I use to think driving out to the next city over was a long distance relationship
thanks again...

here's a link for a bigger picture.

Hehe. Your current high bidder has a negative from a seller. Return receipt might be prudent. Don't forget to pass that cost on to the buyer.
Thanks for the headsup. I think my current high bidder is from this forum =-) But nevertheless thanks for pointing that out.

Considers the auction... hmm....
As for the fish situation, I recommend a dog instead.
I like dogs but after the pupy stage it's just alot to handle. It's like having another child If I was to get another dog though it would be an English Bulldog.

I was going to bid on it and then hook a MW member up with it who wants it badly enough. No I was going to make massive amounts of profit.
You can still bid on it
Seriously, that's nice of you to let someone else get a chance. Only reason I'm selling is because I need to support my other Hobby (Tropical Fish)
I just picked up a 600 Gal (96X48X30) Tank and now I need the funds to get it started. This is going to occupy the space I had my collection displayed. That's why my displayed items need to go The others can just stay boxed up in my closet.
BTW - anyone here into fishes ?
Here's a picture of my current 125 gal with my monster -

dun worry.. this is one super hot hot item..
Good luck and thanks for bidding

A few have pm'd me about pictures of the BOX, here it is... http://img3.imagevenue.com/loc125/2e5_LOW_VIS_BX_2.jpg

box it up in whatever outer box and stuffing you are going to use, hopefully a small lightweight box, weigh it and measure it,
and run over to www.usps.com and do an international shipment calculation.
probably for something that size, you'll use EMS shipping.
I shipped a small tac light (M3X) to Australia and it cost me $15!!!
imagine a 1lb box, 5x4x2. sheesh.
also, i would make sure the person pays you and let the payment clear first. and if possible, try and ship to a confirmed address and use tracking.
i really don't like sending outside the US because it always cost me more and it's hard for me to track. I once sent something to South America and after it left the US, I had no way to track it. Person claimed they never got it after 2 months and was trying to get a paypal refund, paypal gave me headaches, ebay suspended the guys account, and only sided with me after i found the guy trying to auction off the item i sold him on his brother's account.
And come to think of it, the guy in Australia still owes me some patches from last fall.
Thanks Chow,
Do you remember the persons email in Australia that you dealt with?
-
Hello All,
Has anyone here from the U.S sent anything to Australia ? if so do you have an idea what the cost of shipping is. For example a box the size of the 1/48 ?
Thanks...
-
Good luck, but with zero feedback I doubt you will inspire much confidence
Well everyone has to start out with zero. For those hesitant to bid because I have zero feedbacks than oh well. I can easily cancel a bidder who has zero feedbacks as well but how fair is that ?
Everyone has to start out somewhere
thanks for the response.
