Never had one as kid & I’m on the look out too for a MIB one. All the newer stuff just made of crap, pure crap!! 

Been out the loop here but is that VF-1J GBP bundle set ready to preorder? 

I’ve never ordered from BIJ before so I hope they come through. Though some who have claimed to be successful I’m skeptical especially for this exclusive item. Not gonna spend my Xmas smashing that F5 key all day long.

Holy crap man that’s quite a gift for a kid of the 80s! The closest thing to a Valkyrie that I came across back then was the knock offs found at flea market.

Damn I’m so tempted! But I’m hopeful we’d get a strike combo set just like the old school 1/55. Hate having to buy it then hunt for the strike set n missile set. 

Good gawd man this PO is ridiculous! It’s too the point where it’s just not worth my time and energy anymore. I’ve tried CDJ as it was the cheapest then went to AmiAmi and both were sold out instantly. 
 

To make matters worse now AmiAmi shows a pending transaction?!?!?! I’m like WTF how is that even possible if it’s sold out and never even got to the check out pg?!?!? 
 

Anyone getting this too? Guess I’ll just stick with Yamato 1/48

Never understood this spasm or paranoia on the VF-1 mold. Bandai has invested in this mold so it is with anticipation that new characters and variants sure to follow. Historically, companies would pump out as much as they can on the mold like a cash cow. 

Yes, I’m pretty sure the VE/VT will be made at some point too

Anyhoo, I was thinking of grabbing those ET 1/60 VF-2SS on sale but decided on this DX Max instead. Thanks for the heads up! 

Had to contemplate again on getting these VF-2SS but I decided to get the Bandai DX Max  for $215 shipped. 

If the VF-2SS goes even lower than $50 than yeah I’ll grab one for display 

Eh..... love the overall look of the VF-2SS but man after watching so many reviews ET sure dropped the ball on this one and their Alpha fighters. So even at the 50-60% off I’m still on the fence. 

For those that have it, is it still worth getting even after the discount at hlj?
