Hipster Roy was sporting enhanced sensors before elint variants became mainstream.

I haven't transformed my YF-29 to battroid because that head transformation is always a pain to reverse. Takes me almost as long to force the head back in for fighter mode as the rest of the transformation combined.

Having gotten mine in hand, it strikes me how much the YF-29 with super parts resembles a Pelican in mid-dive.

I liked my 29's with out the super packs, but because of this thread I had to buy them and can't wait to put it in my 29

I'm in the same boat. I originally passed on the super parts because I preferred the cleaner look without them, but then I saw the pictures in this thread and now I have a set on the way.

And sold out again at NY. Luckily I managed to snag one just before it sold out. Overall price came to about what you'd pay for a VF-171CF + Super Parts at NY.

Once I transformed a VF-17S in person, it dawned on me how similar the hip is to the VF-17. It's cool how the two hero valks from Mac 7 draw cues from each other in transformation, despite how radically different they look.

A neat way to round out anyone's Yamato collection. I'm glad I finally got around to picking one up. Also the only valk that's ever drawn blood.
