  1. Strangely enough, I never got that glitch, and I played quite a few missions with Misa's hearts maxed out.

    Finally found the link to the article i read sometime back,

    http://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/genmessage....;topic=46311785

    If your wingman also has hearts maxed out, the wingman will say something instead of Misa, thus the glitch won't happen.

    For my case, i'm used to flying solo so my only option is to use other operator, sorry for any confusion :p

  2. Hi Everyone,

    I hope everyone is enjoying their holiday and playing MAF. There has been some concern with a game glitch on MAF. It has happen to me on two ocassions. It warrants its own topic. The game freezes when you run the intro of a mission (in mine it is the first macross mission) and another is when you save and replay any one of your game missions (DRYL for me sadly). Later it will shut down your PSP. Somehow it might be related to a software glitch or continous skipping of mission intros. I have the original HK PSP player, it will affect on all PSP (new or old). When you save a new data, it does not have the glitch at least in the beginning. However, it might happen as you progress or replay missions over again.

    Solution: The best thing is to skip the mission intro to prevent the glitch and shut down. There isn't much else unless there is a patch or something to fix it.

    Hope this helps.

    I had the exact same problem :angry: & done some research into the gamefaqs's forums & found the answer...

    Apparently, this software glitch only happens when you're having Misa as the operator & all her Hearts are maxed up.

    Alternate solution: Choose any other Operator.

    Skipping the intro works for me but on occasion that i got distracted or didn't skip in time the game freezes & resets, it started to got on my nerves until i did the above, hope it helps for you too. :lol:

  3. Adding to what Graham said,

    and if Millia had a VF-1S (as Max did) what color will it be?

    Red? as Hikaru already has that reserved.

    :)

    Hehe.... it might be just like the chest colours of the Jetfire scheme... reversed black and red.

    359271[/snapback]

    I'm thinking maybe a full body red like the Millia 1J(including the head :o:blink: ) but with black & white strip like the standard VF-1S. :rolleyes:

  4. :D:D Tell me if this is correct or not:

    For Roy:

    TV&DYR = 001, 1S, Black Skull on the FP.

    For Rick/ Hikaru:

    DYRL = 001, 1S?, Red Skull.

    TV = 011, 1J, Macross logo

    For Max:

    DYRL = 001, 1S?, Blue Skull.

    DYRL = 012, 1J?, Blue Skull?

    TV = 202, 1J, Macross logo.

    For Ben/ Kakizaki:

    DYRL = 012, 1A, Green Skull

    TV = ?, 1A, Macross logo.

    For Miriya/ Milia:

    DYRL = ?, Macross logo

    TV = 303, 1J, Macross logo.

    Reminator, juz like to point out, Milia don't fly any VF-1 Valk in the DYRL Movie. ;)

    & err... I don't recall seeing any Vf-1j in DYRL too. :huh::unsure:

  5. 1) the F14 look-a-like planes that can transform into big robots,

    2) the spaceship look-a-like fortress can also transform into a even bigger robot,

    3) kissing makes giants shock & treble

    4) the insane amount giant enemy ships surrounding earth

    5) one green hair lady fighting the blue hair guy from space to arcade to knife sparring in a park then get married & gives birth to a girl & causes panic to female giants

    That's what caught my interest when it was shown on the TV, the original Macross TV series sometime in the mid 80's while i was about 10. B))

    6) then got a toy plane (VF-1) similar to chunky-monkey but smaller than the 1/55

    & the next thing i know, I'm hooked till now :D

  6. The release date is May which really means June. The MSRP is 3,900 yen.

    I think in US Dollars, it is about $40. Anybody knows it can hold 1/48? The info was not available on a lot of sites who were preordering it.

    Officially, it can hold 1/60 & 1/48 yammies.

    Here's the image G-man posted on the magazine scans.

    pic

  7. My 1/48 Hikaru VF1A that has also yellowed however, is very consistent on all his parts. This consistency of the yellowing effect, is quite nice actually, so I'm not as bothered with the 1/48 as I am with the 1/60 Hikaru - He just looks a little weathered.

    any chance of getting a "desert low vis" toning from the yellowing? ;)

  8. Well, I was making the 1/48 version of the SDF-1 till I did some real basic preliminary calculations (actual comparisons). The Prometheus would be almost the size of my 1998 Camry (deck width would be the width and half to 3/4 the height of the Camry at least.) If kicked the numbers and did the real math, I would be like :o . So I stopped the project. I have an empty garage space but I am thinking I need two plus car spaces. Where in hell am I gonna find that? Sure I could be wrong about the size comparison but still... If I remember those guys building those large scale aircraft carriers like the USS Forrestal and USS Enterprise, those were freaking huge.

    I would just settle for the 1/3000 version. easier to find a storage space.

    why not do it in 1/100? you should be using about 1 car space... ;)B))

  9. You should modify your picture by removing the nosecone and shortening the length of the groin armor.

    I don't know, Graham, you can never have enough "groin armor". Am I right? :lol::lol::lol:

    If the armour there is too thick it may be cumbersome, when the time comes, that demands the need to get it off... :D:lol::D

  10. Between, is that a door handle on the right hand side ???

    A door knob! Better don't tell Agent One.....the results would not be pleasant. :p

    Graham

    looks more like a toilet flush handle.... :p

    The small eye definitely better. :D

  11. This has probably been answered countless times, but i couldn find the thread,

    didn't want to start a new thread, so i'm asking it here... would appreciate any help

    Q. How do i get the arms of my 1/48 to stay up in Fighter Mode when FAST packs are attached?... i can only keep them up.. but there's no way to click it or fasten it in place, is there?

    thanks so much!

    there's 2 part here... 1) the right arm theres 2 small protruding stubs, it should goes in the left arm's small indent... 2) there's some bigger stubs on the legs, those should go in between the arms& arm fp...

    if this still don't work, try "twisting"the "knee" joint closer...

    Hope this helps... :D
