Yeah, I'm sure he does know about painted parts. The "glossy clear coat" definitely applies to my Super O that I won from him as well as that Elintseeker. I have never bad mouthed anyone on these boards before. I'm sure that the many MW members that I've had transactions with would vouch for my credibility. I am on the Straightshooters list for a reason. I just don't want to see other members receive damaged goods. And if I can help people avoid the pain in their wallet, I will. Clear coated vintage 1/55's for $400(what I paid) is receiving damaged goods at an inflated price.

Oh man, not this guy! He contacted me about purchasing some VF-1D stickers a while back and wanted them shipped *right away* via Priority Mail. Most people on the boards know how I operate, that I am not a business and I make decal and sticker sets in my spare time for little to no profit. I have about a two week turnaround time, but he didn't seem to grasp this and kept harrassing me via PM for the next two weeks until I sent out the sets--no matter how many times I told him how long it would take. It got to the point where I threatened to cancel his order and refund payment if he didn't stop bothering me. That did the trick. Now I'm wishing that I did cancel his order.... I'll definitely never do business with him again. BTW, I have all of his contact info if anyone needs it.

Sorry to hear about your Ostrich, Rick. What he's doing is really dishonest. And it definitely looks like the whole valk was dipped in Future.

I have all the PM messages. I know you said you were busy that one time, then I asked you to let me know when you can print this out for me so I can send a payment to you. From there I stopped asking you. A few days you said you will be able to print out 2 sticker sheets and that was Friday. you said you will send these as soon as payment is received, which I did. then I asked you if you could send those saturday, which actually send Tuesday because that Monday was President's day.

Yes, I posted it for auction. I also have VE-1, Conversion kit and Destroid Monster on auction.

You can cut it 2 ways using a ruler as a guide. You can use a dremel with really thin bit or a styrofoam cutter. The stryrofoam cutter you can get it at the toy hobby shop store.

I put the designed each on each side then i put it together. i sent it to the printing shop and printed the whole thing on one sheet.

Finally finished my second custom VF-1D with strike armor and custom box/styrofoam. Working on the third one with swivelling legs, ball joint arm-shoulder and attached chest heatshield.

Thanks for all the inputs. I just really needed some comments of what you think for customizing another VF-1D box.

How can this giftset be sealed in box if it has a picture of the set posted out from the box....and look the picture of Jetfire inside the box is different from what is out from the box
