I got a couple Predators and some Universal Turtles from that seller, all legit 

However some sellers do have knock offs of some Neca products

Stolen, maybe...  Knock-offs, unlikely.  NECA hasn't even distributed the originals yet.

And like Bandai, NECA's marketing practices are just feeding the scalpers and pirates.  Under-produced exclusives fail to meet the demand from fans and collectors, creating lucrative opportunities on the secondary market.  In the case of these Lawson turtles, NECA has been marketing them since NYCC last July:

Yet, almost a year later, we still have no word from NECA on when and how they will be distributed, in what quantities, or how they can be pre-ordered.

If they're going to create the demand for their product, advertise them on their checklist, and yet leave fans waiting a year or more, ambitious people are going to swoop in and take advantage of the situation however they can.  Is it any wonder frustrated fans will indulge them?

I really can't find any of these things anymore.  It's just like when the first April came out and the figures were or weren't available some places and it was confusing if things were even available.

The Comic Turtles 4 Pack and Cartoon April O'Neil version 2 are officially sold in Target stores.  Here are their barcodes and dpci to look up with workers in stores.  Some NECA items are kept in the back room.

These 2 and other lines might be listed on Target's site for their Collector event in the weeks to come.  The sites I posted are for NECA figures from TMNT and other lines.

Cartoon Casey Jones and Foot Soldier used to be harder to find.  It's currently in Target stores and on their site.

It's the same as it has always been.  I don't live someplace where they stock many, if at all.  At least where it pertains to this new round of nonsense.  Dpci's do me no good.  I'd prefer a stolen one, at least they list them where I can find them.

Having a network of collector friends is always good.  My friend got me the Comic Turtles 4 Pack and I managed to price adjust with my Target card for 5% off.

Target came through bigtime for me.  😁
