I'm sure it would be considered blasphemy, but I'd love to see a transforming Super Sylph.

Since this a MW forum, I'm sure any transforming jet ideas are welcome.
That said, the idea is not too far fetched for a 3rd party to do it, since we now have stuff we never thought it'll be possible like Asuradas perfectly transforming into IDW Drift^_^

Pretty much blown away with the details on this rather small 1/100 Super Sylph. Such beefy landing gears, that the gears on Macross valks look so toy-like in comparison.

Such a lovely bird.  And yes, those Yukikaze planes needs to transform one day.

Great photos as always @MKT. :good:

Thanks! The more I handle it while taking pics, the more I really appreciate the design of this Super Sylph. It's really awesome.

Awesome pics/poses... always nice to visit this thread.

Waited almost 15 years to have a Kamina action figure...

First pic was 2009... fast forward to 2023 and the gang is finally complete. 🙂

Was trawling back my archive pics, and this was the 2nd toy I acquired in this collecting hobby - a 3rd party OS Evasion Prime. Together with the Renewal 25F that I acquired probably a week prior to this, I was just blown away by how far toy technology & engineering have come over the years. The complexity, paint, sculpt, precision, materials & perfect transformation aspects of them really reeled me in.

Haha ok little nostalgia time for old pics I guess..

After being very impressed with the Evasion Prime, I went on to get the next repaint, a 'Battle Damaged' version. But re-looking at it now, the weathering is really a bit too heavy handed, and perhaps should have been called 'I just rolled in the dirt version'.

An old display of a few GI Joe figures and customs that I used to rock above my desk:

Used to have a larger display of about 9 figures on my old desk.  But I lost the pics, the display took up way too much real estate on my old desk, and had a tendency of getting knocked down or bumped.

A KO MPM Prime, with a 3rd party Annular Trailer that's mostly finished in chrome.. This was back when I heard chrome finishing could be a bit iffy on plastic and may heavily discolor over couple of short years. But after many years the chrome still looks about as good as the day I got it.

Very first model kit built back in the day..
Up till that point, always thought model kit needed glue & paint like in even older days, so was pretty stoked that it can look like a decent toy with a straight build out of the box.

I got the Zeta because it could transform, but once it was built, that was when I learned model kits are not toys and the idea to transform it was quickly abandoned lol.

That’s the RG Zeta. It’s such a hand grenade that I’m surprised you actually have it posed. I could barely stand mine up because everything moves the second you touch it.
