Woody has always been confident about his place in the world and that his priority is taking care of his kid, whether that’s Andy or Bonnie. But when Bonnie adds a reluctant new toy called “Forky” to her room, a road trip adventure alongside old and new friends will show Woody how big the world can be for a toy. Directed by Josh Cooley (“Riley’s First Date?”) and produced by Jonas Rivera (“Inside Out,” “Up”) and Mark Nielsen (associate producer “Inside Out”), Disney•Pixar’s “Toy Story 4” ventures to U.S. theaters on June 21, 2019.

Halloween 4: The Return of Michael Myers was widely regarded as the best of the Halloween sequels... which doesn't actually suggest it's any good, just less excretable than the others.  <_<

Of course, conventional wisdom has now established the latest Halloween as the best of the sequels, which begs the question:

Has any ELEVENTH movie of a franchise ever been any good?  :o

Star Wars: Episode 4 - A New Hope

Hahaha!  I was thinking of the same thing earlier, JVM. But decided not to post it. Don't want to start something. :db:

How about Jurassic World then? ^_^

Hmmm... if we include the two Ewoks movies and The Clone Wars film, wouldn't that make Rogue One the 11th film in the Star Wars franchise?

If you include those you will have to include the Holiday Special, making "Force Awakens" the 11th film.

As a distracting side note I watch the Star Wars Holiday Special (Rifftrax version) every year.  The jokes about the commercials are the best.  Someday I will bother to track down how Rifftrax got the rights to release this particular item.

Ah... but isn't the Holiday Special merely a TV special, whereas the Ewoks movies are described as TV movies?

They were all crap so I don't think it much matters.  I don't know the running time of the two Ewoks bits of dreck  and have no intention of ever finding out.  As for the Ewok stuff being at movie theaters it might have been outside of the US but I never saw anything in wide release here (it could have been shown at a local theater somewhere but that wouldn't count).
