I know that they are not displayed like a lot of people have been displaying them but I can't get myself to take this stuff out of the boxes and display it in cases. Although I have to say everybody posting thier collections on this form has done an outstanding job on their displayes. After I finished taking new pic of my collection I realized I had forgotten a box but oh well. Maybe next time I feel like getting all these out of the boxes again! LEGO produced the set for many years, including a complete package redesign, but the one i have is an '86 original that my mother had gotten me at the time, when i was but a wee lad of perhaps five, and saved it for me till i was a bit older and truly ready for it...
