Duck Tales, along with Rescue Rangers, made for an entertaining hour of fun after school. I will say now what I always say about remakes from the 80's: LEAVE IT ALONE...

Cool, I'm forcing my nephew to watch it.

Too bad it isn't backed with Darkwing Duck, but then I feel like I'm the only person who ever liked that (he was Disney's freaking Batman for Christ sakes it was RIPE for movie treatment but instead we got several, awful, Goof Troop movies.)

I too loved the terror that flaps in the night. Best dang show Disney ever made.

WHAT? Everyone likes Darkwing Duck.

Don't forget Talespin.

I'm all for a new DuckTales. Especially if it leads to a new Darkwing Duck.

And while we're on it, how about we get the guys that did the HD remaster of the DuckTales NES game to give the same treatment to DuckTales 2?

Man, oh, man. That's news to me!

I'm hoping that more realistic adventures with a touch of humour can be made

with this series and great characters (other than Webigail).

I'm thinking that less "kid-ified" TV adapatations of some of Carl Barks' Duck adventure stories

could be done, like Vacation Time, Lost in the Andes, The Flying Dutchman, The Golden Helmet, etc.

Duck Tales was inspired by Carl Barks Donald Duck and Uncle Scrooge comics.

I just don't know if Alan Young can keep voice acting Uncle Scrooge when he's 95 years old!

So, I expect new voice actors for this series.

And IDW comic publisher is coming out with new Disney comics this year!

And Fantagraphics is not only publishing an affordable hard cover series of

Carl Barks Disney Duck comic works, but also Don Rosa's complete Disney

Duck comics works are being published, too!

I like it.

***********

Does this mean that Duck Tales Season 4 will finally be available on DVD?

I love searching for the different language versions of the Duke Tales theme:

Also, I love those episodes with the robots with the hockey sticks.
