Also to let each other know where the better bargains are. VF-1J with armor - $170 @ Treasure Island $180 everywhere else. VF-1J w/o armor - $120 @ Treasure Island $130 everywhere else. MPC Optimus Prime - Sold out except for 1 booth towards the middle, they had 2 left after I left. $120. Everyone else was selling it at $110 avg, when they had it. Binaltech Lambo/Sideswipe - same guys towards the middle (don't know these guys) $50. VF-1s Hikaru - sorry forgot to check the price. Low-Vis - only saw it at Treasure Island for $190 I'll update this next time I go or if someone posts a better price. If anyone is interested in an item just post it. Let's try to limit it to Macross and other somewhat related products. If you guys want you can ask each other for specialty items in this thread, but I'm not going shopping for you. NO UPDATES. I haven't gone and there hasn't been any new requests or siginificant posts. Remember to put the location of the place you found the item in if you want me to post it up. Well, I didn't see any MPC primes as that was the first thing I wanted on my list, but I had a talk with yoshi and alex and they'll be able to hold some for me. Other stuff I was looking for on my list was the smokescreen and the escaflowne toy. I found both # 7 and #8 and they sold for 50 to 60 bucks each depending on where you go. Escaflowne figure went for 55 at this one place but Alex at little anime shop will let me have it for only 50. So that was cool. Of course the one day I go to frank and sons, treasure island is closed. They had all the new 1/48's and surprisingly they had the bandai eva's in for 55 a piece. Not bad! PRIME! they told me that they sold them for 110 or more, but are sold out now. But I'ma try to get it for like 100 or even lower when they get some more in. They always hook me up. Unfortunately, they are already sold. But we do have some good news for ya because we will be getting a bigger shipment of Primes in near the end of January. So far the pricing doesn't look too good for they will be around $130 apiece even at the show. But don't freak yet because that isn't final. Keep checking back to see if the prices drop. Sorry about the confusion. Show usually opens around 2 but most vendors don't show up until around 3. Also I was looking at Yahoo JP Auctions earlier and found this interestingly rare item. It was one of the Prizes specially made for an old Kodansha contest, only 3 in existence. (Note: this seller is willing to ship overseas. Pickup is also welcome in Edokawa, Tokyo area.)
