I had a problem with NY packing a while ago but it was nothing too serious...just a concern of what could have happened like you say. Something to be aware of though, the decals of the girls on the nose are pretty prone to flaking off. On the other hand, if they do flake off all the way, you'll be left with the classic eyes tampoed onto the nose, which I don't think any of the other releases had printed on (think they were included as stickers).
