Let me clarify. What Macross item or items do you own that is so special that you are never going to sell? Let me start with a list below. I choose these items because to me these are classic Macross designs. When I close my eyes and hear the word MAcross these are the items I will see.

Yamato VF-1 Low Vis 1st edition

Yamato Konig MOnster 1st edition

Yamato YF-19

Yamato VE-1 Elintseeker 1st edition

Bandai Ozma Armored Messiah

Bandai HiMetal Blazer VF-19

does it have to be a toy?

I would have to say my Macross Design Works book with an original sketch by Kawamori inside, my original colored Macross F sketches by series animator/illustrator Mamoru Yokota, Macross F poster signed by Mayn and Nakajima and other signed memorabilia I have...

My 1984 Bandai Hikaru Ichijo 1/55 scale VF-1S Strike Valkyrie, plus my Flashback 2012 & Macross Gold books. Purchased both back in 1994, their apart of my youth and could never part with them. B))

It can be other macross items. I just collect toys though.

My Yamato VMF Minmay and the Chinese dress. The doll may not be necessarily one of a kind, but the dress is. I guess if it was a choice between being homeless and hungry, there's no question there, but it's one of the prized Macross possessions. Of course, then there's the 1/1 helmets, and the Gold Book.

SV-51 Ivanov

Ha ha! I knew you were going to pick that one. I remember how hard you searched looking to get your hands on one of these! Glad you finally found one! It is a magnificent piece of Mecha! The fighter and battroid are very intimidating!

My 1/48 Weathered Focker 1S + Weathered SSP; and 1/60 Hikaru 1S SSP...

The 1/48 TV Max 1A and Kakizaki 1A...

And I am fond of the white TV Focker 1S too. How long we have been waiting for a proper TV 1S? With Focker?

Once the circle of Destroid is completed (ALL FOUR OF THEM), they would be my prized possession too. But with only 2 now, their value is not as high.

Sell?? none. collect, protect, never neglect. All my stuff i collect is a piece of me (my fandom) i guess, coolness that is immortalised in plastic.

Well, if i had to run into the house ablaze with fire an only can manage to grab ONE valk, it would be "1" of my YF-21's 1/60 LOL

^^^ good times me and the 21' twins have shared. rofl.

If that one melted i guess it would be my VF-11A..... i'd also have to grab my gold book!

Ohh and this, i'd have a million screaming macross fan suddenly all cry out at once if i left this one in the burning house -

me, for sure yf-21 as if only left with 1 valk, this would be it, and the person who sold it to me made it a darker blue that looks simply amazing, ie NOT for sale.... unless it was to save a life or something ;)

Then, it would be my yf-19 bird of prey scheme, as well as my 1/48th vf-1s Roy with fps, again NOT for sale.

on a seperate note, the only other toys, none macross, that i would simply not sale are the MP Optimus Prime and MP Grimlock, as well as my painted custom MP Gundams.

Final Notes:

- if i had Mug's yf-21, which i always complemented as the best scheme on the planet, then that would be THE one ;)

- haha to UN Spacy's link, good one ;)

This is bit of a tough question to answer, but here goes:

1/55 VE-1 ElintSeeker - Bandai

1/55 VT-1 Super Ostrich - Bandai

1/55 Super Valkyrie - Takatoku

1/55 GBP-!S - Takatoku

While on the non-Macross (mecha related) items, I would say:

1/40 Olsen Orguroid - Takatoku

1/35 Bilbine - Takatoku

My Takatoku 1/55 VS-1S with fast pack set.

It has been with me for nearly 30 years. :)

I still remember my dad bought it for me from a toy shop at HKD 135, which is less than USD 20, at that time.

HKD 135 was a big money for a 7 year old kid, I could never forget the price tag of this super valkyrie. ^_^
