THOR
Anyone know where I can find one of these? I have a 1/72 Monster I could sell. I don't think it's the exact one in the photo. I was just about to build it but could use some Christmas funds. -Thor (Mike Nellis)

jenius
This is probably understood but that picture is of the unfinished Yamato 1/60 MACII Monster toy resin prototype that became instant vaporware.

Damn shame too. That would be a MONSTER of a toy (terrible pun intended)! I would LOVE to see a 1:60 monster. But the closest we'll probably ever get is the VB-6 from Frontier, or the VB-4 (Yamato). Hell, it would be NICE if Yamato decided to finish making the other two destroids.
THOR
Understand unassembled. What kind of shape is it in otherwise and what are you asking for it? Thanks. I think I paid $250. I can send pictures. There were two cracks in it from shipping. Nothing that couldn't be fixed with minimal skill. There is a broken area on top the main body where one of the big guns slides into. I saved the piece that broke off. It would be an easy fix with super-glue and putty if you thought it was needed. I think there is also a small crack started at the face/end plate of one of the arm-guns. It's at a weak point with all the heavy resin around in the box. I think some super-glue would handle it and the piece would be stronger when glued to the rest of the parts. It is so huge! -Thor Edited December 8, 2010 by THOR

I'm not worried about speed though I am a packing Nazi and don't mind throwing in a few extra bucks for bubblewrap and whatnot. Thanks again. -Hyperion728

I'll post pics in the next day or so of the kit with some references to see it's size along with pics of the areas that have the crack(s) The kit is big & heavy. Hyperion728
Done business the THOR many times, out standing seller and buyer.... I had that kit at one point, its is nothing less than awesome and heavy....lol Well to be honest with you it's probably going to sit in my office for a wee bit before I starts to get very carefully assembled. I was telling Thor in an Email that this model is kinda my personal Holy Grail and had put up the original post to be kind of a smart-ass. I just stumbled on that picture and well, the rest is history. I had given up my search but lo and behold, I guess being a smart ass pays off every now and again eh? Thanks for the reference. I work heavily off references for day-to-day things and I remember muliple succesfull dealing with yourself (maybe two years ago?). It's all a little fuzzy - I just got back from yet another year in the Craqhole

THOR
Jorawar, (in my head i keep saying it Jar-o-war, hehe!) box: parts: put open bags in resealable bags, metal landing gear, booster rockets, too...forgot how nice this kit is! instructions/decals: I would want $220 + shipping/paypal fees for my original. I also have a decent recast sans booster rockets/weapons/decals and it has resin landing gear instead of metal. I would want $120 for it. Let me know which one you want and how you'd like to pay. (michaelwaynenellis@yahoo.com for e-mail & paypal) Send me your address and I can estimate shipping.
