Its all approved and am just over the moon." He also tweeted a similar tweet in Japanese. Going by the Japanese tweet he means the original series which he would probably have to work with both on for a project since he is based in Tokyo. Actually, his later tweet kinda gives more to the story: The Culture Japan that features Macross will obviously be called "Deculture Japan" So yes, Danny will be featuring Macross in an upcoming episode in Season 2 of Culture Japan. It no doubt had an impact in the anime culture what with all the homage in other animes and being the first anime to utilize music as an integral part of the show, and do it successfully, but culture at large?
