I never ordered from them before, but I have placed a few pre-orders with Overdrive that obviously won't ship until they are released. I also placed an order for an in-stock item (seperate from the pre-orders) on February 5th, got a payment & order confirmation and yet the order remains pending on their website. I tried the contact us form on Saturday and have gotten no response. Is this normal? How long does it take for them to ship? Any other ways to contact them? Any help would be appreciated. Are you emailing with enough information to link you with your order. Many many many times people email them with out the proper information for them to find the order in question. Also check your spam they may have responded but it may not be in your inbox. If you don't hear back from them pm your details and I will sort it out, but first do what I recommended before PMing me. In my experience, it takes 24-48hrs from when they start processing your order to when it ships out, takes about 20hrs to get from japan to the US then it depends on how slow US customs and your local post office decide to be (usually 3-5 days) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I saw your post in the parts request, so if you are talking about that it is not an order it is a request so you will only hear back from them if they get the part which can take a few months since others have requests ahead of you.
