David Hingtgen
Dang, despite the sale, with the exchange rate and shipping, it's still some $160 to get a 1/48 Max or Milia to the US.

I am sooooo tempted to get the 1/48 max. It helps that I have no money.
94medition
Yeah, the exchange rate really hurts. A few months ago, 1USD was about 115Yen, couple days ago I purchased something and it was 87.7Yen

VF-1T
How come the shipping is so expensive!? Does it has to use EMS? Damn, the armour parts sells for only around $100, the shipping estimate is like $80! Some prices are great, just the shipping fees are killing! You will have to use EMS if SAL is not available or the value of the goods if above 15,000 yen I believe. SAL will only allow below 2kg parcels and the w+l+h dimensions cannot exceed 90cm. The GBP is heavy and I believe with an external box will weigh over 2kg.
falcon14141
GBP is heavy and I believe with an external box will weigh over 2kg. I'm not sure. I happen to be a big fan of SAL shipments and got my GPB accordingly.
Valk-1S
I'm not sure. I happen to be a big fan of SAL shipments and got my GPB accordingly. The GBP by itself weighs about 1.6kg. You may be able to get away with it by using thinner boxes to package. But will be close but you risk the box getting damaged. Anyway I just realised that VF-1T was propbably referring to the GBP2 and LV2 bundle. Didn't realised HLJ was selling the GBP in bundle set now. Defintely you will not be able to use SAL with that as the weight for both is almost 3kg and the dimension totals are over 90cm.
