Granted, I have only pre-ordered the 3 Banpresto figurines from them, but they promptly answered all my questions. Maybe their standard of service goes down after the money changes hands? They check the forum here so I'm sure they will read this post but they won't be able to match your email with your MW user name. Actually I've called them yesterday and was able to talk out the business. I'm more of a phone-guy than email-guy hehe. Anyways, thank you everyone and yes, I've talked with a man from overdrive and they say they've sent the email but it wasn't in my inbox nor spam box.
