It was built at Newport News... so are you saying maybe Ford-class? *shrug* they might not say exactly (honestly, the Macross PTB never do) but how could it not build such a ship, based on design concepts derived from (later built) Nimitz-class? OR are you suggesting that i should think in terms of Gators, because the Asuka II was built, purposely, with a Stern Gate? But as the Houshou was proposed long after the pre-production for Macross Zero was completed, it's highly doubtful that it'll be anything like the fictitious Asuka. Anyhow, it doesn't matter. Interesting though that there were apparently different models of the Cheyenne on-screen in M0. The first page is full of juice! Not only do we get a description of how a space fold works, but also some Trek-like pseudo-science describing how a fold engine works! Top that off with a description of fold carbon / fold coal, fold faults and their effects on subjective time, AND Vajra Queen fold barriers! And that's just the front of the first page! (Apologies.
