Don't think so... the stuff in the foreground includes at least a couple recon VF-171s loaded for bear with what looks like it could be fast packs and sensor dishes, not to mention fold boosters. Judging by the direction they're traveling it looks like they're going to fold as a group, with the red carrier looking thing already starting to fold. I can't tell what that red ship is, but it doesn't look organic enough to be vajra related. Could be the red thing is unfolding and the fighters are there for escort, but then the fighter's fold boosters don't make sense.
