I saw it many months ago on Yahoo Japan (didnt have a Rinkya account at the time, so I couldn't get it). If anyone out there knows where to find a copy, please, PM me or email me. I would be indebted to you. This is a page from said book, just to prove I'm not crazy. Like an idiot, I didn't save a pic of the front or back cover....
