Raptor
I want to buy them (I don't have the patience or cash to buy the new dubbed DVD's...), but I know they're out of print, so who still sells them? Unless there's a decent bootleg set out there
Sdf-1
There is also the Australian Madman version of animeigo release available if not anything else. A bit wrong section for this btw.
thegunny
Yep, plenty of copies still available in Aus. Just got a set a few weeks back. I got mine from Atlantic Video but there are quite a few other shops that have them or just go straight to Madman Entertainment.

bigkid24
He's talking about the Aussie ones... which are bootlegs. 395950[/snapback] Are you sure? They had a licensed released there with nice packaging.
thegunny
I suggest you get your facts straight, the Aussie ones aren't boots at all. They are fully licenced complete with all the linear notes and other books that Animego included in the original sets. They are packaged differently because they come from HG but I can assure you they are not pirates. Not sure when you were in Australia last but we have fairly tight laws concerning pirated copies of anything and as these sets are available from major retail outlets it's pretty safe to say they are the real thing. Not the first time I see somebody thinks they're bootlegs. But as said, they are not. That's the set I have myself too. Madman is a big anime publisher in Australia. Almost all of my ~80 anime dvds are Madman releases.

Valk009
The Aussie released ADV Macross TV series are indeed the real deal, all licensed and so on! I own a set myself and must say the quality is just as good as the original Animeigo release version, which I also owned once!
