It could also be by a random process by auction i.d. They do seem to all come up at a similar time which would sugest the mass give out therory. Received it a month ago and was supposed to work only for up to 5€ off the shipping if paid by Paypal (personally called them and they said it was only for items from ebay.es). Well, it worked when I bought some HCM Pro from Hong Kong (but only saved me 1,98$). And then again this past week when I won a 1/48 CF. This time I saved 5,86$ (and I was already past the date of expiration of the coupon). In theory I can still use it one more time (the original message said nothing about multiple uses). If it would make you feel any better, It's a standalone coupon and it can not combine with anything. I try both the March coupons and only the C-MARCH2006CAT seem to work for me too,, and the Shipping coupon works too, just not together.
