vermillion01
On Thursday i sent Kamakura an email stating that i would give 24 hours to respond (just to send me an email confirming receipt of funds etc...) before filing a dispute with Paypal. I have actually not had time to check until today because of work being busy, and surprise surprise.. no email. I have officailly filed a dispute with Paypal on this A$$clown! I wonder if he will reply to this? I'll keep you all updated. For the record, i have not bombarded his mailbox with "where's my items" mail as i know what effect that can have on a seller. I have sent him 2 emails per week simply asking for a responce. in the first week i sent 2 PM's from here too. Its not that i'm angry that i dont have my valks (although i am!), its the complete and utter disregard for communication this guy has. even if someone fobs you off for a few weeks, at least you know they are there and answering mail. After reading a lot of the post in the Blacklist, shouldnt repeat offernderrs get banned from MW or something? NMWT-44
My poor experience of valkyrie purchased from this Hong Kong based e-store - Angolz.com Angolz they should be on the black list based on the following reasons: 1) poor communication - never respond to email. 2) Falsely advertised - item was not new, it was a just a resealed used item (evidence of double taping inside the blistered tray for holding the valk) 3) poor packaging - the packaging box used barely fit the item. 4) slow processing - despite the fact that I chose EMS shipping method, item was shipped out one week after the receipt of my paypal payment. STAY AWAY from this e-store

He stiffed about a month ago and now I'm on the paypal escalation bandwagon as well. I finally received my shipment after escalating him (Kamakura) on paypal. He shipped my item last Saturday and it was received on Monday. Even though I received my item I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from him nor remove him from the blacklist.. It took over a month for him to send out my item and I have only received one response since dealing with him on September 19th. Buyer Beware!! Dante74
Please put JEXPRIME on the blacklist. Last march I purchased a Yamato 1/60 VF-1D and a VE-1 Elint Seeker from him. This is the info he gave me on the toys he offered for sale; Ok here's what I got: elintseeker: never transformed all part accouted for stickers unappplied (D) thransformed once all parts accouted for stickers appied will throw in fast pack armor as a bonus. When I recieved the package, (each VF with its parts put in a plastic bag and thrown into a box, no protection at all) the VF-1D's heatshield was missing so I PM'd him about it. He told me that he must have misplaced it somewhere and he'd search for it. He pm'd me that he couldn't find the heatshield and that he would make a recast for me. I'm not the kind of collector that want all his toys to be in mint condition so I let him go ahead. After multiple weeks of pm's asking about the progress etc. he sent me a half finished recast that was unpainted and still needed lots of work. I decided to let it drop because it was just too much trouble for a little heatshield. However, when he opened his sale thread last week, to my surprise, he offered another 1/60 VF-1D for sale. He had a heatshield for my VF-1D all along, he just decided to not tell me about it. I posted in his thread and he didn't reply, yesterday I pm'd him and he still hasn't replied. Totoro242
I'd like to nominate Ebay buyer orangebid to the blacklist. This bidder gives Ebay a bad name. I sold him three toys and for all three toys he turned around and tried to extort a refund from me threatening negative feedback. He is also unwilling to return items for a refund, choosing instead to continue extorting money. I finally left negative feedback. He shill bids without you telling him and then turns around and expects compensation in the form of a discount. One toy 'mysteriously' came to him broken. Another toy 'miraculously' had the gunpod disappear. 140 auctions over the last 2 months and he is the only complaint I have had. Its hard to keep it in persepctive after dealing with such a scammer. He goes by the name Lake Chan, from Brooklyn NY. I'll bet some of you may have had problems with him in the past. You will all do yourself a favor by blocking him from bidding on your auctions. It's probably too late now... think you correct as i carnt do anything now ive gave him the benefit of the doubt as others from the board have drawings off him i should of waited until he had done the drawing for paying, but he asked for it up front so i gave it him trustfully i know the lack of computer he said to me last time is a lye due to him still buying stuff on ebay so add him as to me he is a thief and i wont be dealing with him again and i wouldnt ask anyone else to either alls i want is a refund or the drawing
Totoro242
I've heard from one person so far who had problems with orangebid/many_feedbacks, ebay ID: brandish-vt “Orangebid won several games from me and in a question requested a response within 2 hours of the time it was sent (auction was ending in about that time). They wanted me to go as cheap as possible on shipping. They won a few of my auctions and boasted how they bid up but did not win several others, like they were doing me a favor and I should be grateful. They told me once they got everything they left impressive feedback for one auction and I think they won 5 total. I decided to block this person/people because of their attitude. Unfortunately, I can't prove he did anything wrong. orangebid did strike me as someone that is a dirty trickster and always believes they are right no matter what. The only reason I went through with the deal is because I really wanted to get rid of the games he bought and it was for a small amount of money, like $40 or so. I have only used this a couple times, but I have refused to sell items to people I believe would be troublesome if anything went wrong.”
vermillion01
ALERT! while bidding on a yamato 1/48 max & miria's (the new ones), i have been emailed multiple times from 3 different people claiming to be the original seller of these valks... they tell me that the winner backed out at the last minute and since i was the secind highest bidder, i will take them but due to the mess up they will cover shipping costs for me....... I have checked these claims out with ebay and yes they are all bogus! If the email does not exist there, then I just write it off as a scam and notify the original seller and e-bay. All the deals are too good to be true. So when in doubt, just avoid it. promethuem5
Hm..... really? I actually had one of my most pleasant transactions with the Toy-Wave people not too long ago for some Yamato Scopedogs... I even had to talk to their customer service people for something and they were fantastically nice, and my Scopedogs came sealed in some box-shaped bubble-wrap sealers that are great for storage... jenius
Toy-wave was nice and all for me but they definitely over-charged me for EMS shipping and then took their SWEET time getting me the item. I didn't pay $100 on EMS shipping to get my items three weeks later. I say, if you're going Toy-Wave ship by boat. Although maybe you shouldn't go Toy-Wave at all. do not disturb
Hm..... really? I even had to talk to their customer service people for something and they were fantastically nice, and my Scopedogs came sealed in some box-shaped bubble-wrap sealers that are great for storage... great but what does their customer service have to do with them shipping me a USED item as NEW? what does their CS have to with them charging me for EMS shipping and having it take 2 weeks to receive it? heres my issues... the inner box was re-taped, not once, not twice, but 3 times so clearly it was opened more than once. plus there were finger prints all over the toy and the inner trays. the missile hard points were crushed in as if someone who didn't know what they were doing was forcing them on. in otherwords, it doesn't hold the missiles anymore. there was dried clear nail polish on the wing joints.....you know the same ones where people suggested that you need to apply it to so the wings would be straight. odd that a brand NEW unhandled toy would have clear nail polish at those exact hinge points that were mentioned here on MW(i obviously got a MW'ers returned lemon). i paid extra for a shipping box to keep my stuff protected but he barely used any bubble wrap at all(all the bubble wrap he used wouldn't even wrap around the valk box once) and my stuff came crushed anyway, however the shipping box was fine. he gouged me on shipping. it was only like $10 which i normally wouldn't care about but the fact that it took 2 weeks for EMS, the fact that he sold me a USED/BROKEN toy as new, the fact that he adds on every fee known to man on each of his orders, kind of pissed me off. plus, when the last time anyone here bought from them, where your total matched up with toy-waves total? toy-wave tacks on hidden fees at the end of every transaction....say it ain't so? sorry but ken WAS alright back in the days, but his business has fallen off considerably. added: it would've been one thing if i got yamatoed, but this time i got toy-waved. TheLoneWolf
toy-wave tacks on hidden fees at the end of every transaction Besides S&H, what else could he add on? Have you tried contacting Toy-Wave for a refund or an exchange? Maybe one of their packers was new and accidently shipped out a return as new. Before DA adds Toy-Wave to the blacklist, I think Ken should be given the chance to remedy the situation. But if he blows you off, then he definitely deserves to be added. jenius
Yeah, it sucks because we live so far away and shipping is such a pain but maybe something can be worked out for you. It also sucks that had things been shipped promptly, and then you had to ship the item back, and then a new one been shipped out to you all of that could have already been done by now.
