Osean
Which reissue are you looking for the white one w/ fast packs or the grey one?
bluecyclone
The regular gray one, not the super one with fastpacks. I may have one...how much are you willing to pay? How much am I willing to pay? When did this become eBay! Edited December 2, 2005 by bluecyclone

When did this become eBay! 349045[/snapback] Well, I ain't givin it away for free. You're the one lookin for it. I don't think my question is out of line in the least bit. It's not like I'm trying to sell it or posting in the for sale section that I'm trying to sell it. I'm not even sure how much I would want for it, but I do know that if the number isn't even in the ballpark, then why bother? A price inevitably has to come into picture. It is a transaction afterall. It's not a trade, and there's no bartering going on that I can see. If that's unacceptable to you, maybe you should look elsewhere. bluecyclone
Well, I ain't givin it away for free. I never asked for anything free, especially from you. I just thought someone that had one to sell would let me know they had one and how much they wanted for it. Not see how much money they can squeeze out of them. It's not like I'm trying to sell it or posting in the for sale section that I'm trying to sell it. If you're not trying to sell it or want to sell it than why the hell did you post in this topic and say you have one to sell me? I'm not even sure how much I would want for it, but I do know that if the number isn't even in the ballpark, then why bother? How do I know what ballpark you are talking about when you don't even tell me in the first place. If that's unacceptable to you, maybe you should look elsewhere. Lastly, I started the topic, so don't start the bullsh*t about looking elsewhere, you replied to the topic. If you want to see "how much someone is willing to pay" than post your valk on eBay (that's what auctions are for). As far as me, I posted here because I would rather ask my fellow board members if they had one to sell me and I would rather hook them up with the cash before resorting to eBay scalpers trying to see how much money they could get for it. Most trades and buys I've had, and there have been alot, usually are like this for example: "I have that toy, $80 shipped if you want it", than we go from there. But not "how much are you willing to pay". Anyways lets just drop it, my wife just informed me that I might be getting it as an xmas gift. I hold no hard feelings phatslappy, I just wanted to buy a valk and thought to ask here first. phatslappy
well, there's nobody here (well other than you apparently) will fault one for asking how much one is willing to pay. People in the for sale section will even throw out feelers and have silent auctions. I simply asked how much you were willing to pay because it's basically the same thing as you asking me how much I'm looking to sell for. I offer a high price, you decline. I offer a competitive price, you buy. I offer a low price, you buy. You offer a high amount, I accept. You offer a decent price I accept. You offer a low price, I decline. In the end it's just a meeting of the minds. If you asked me how much I paid for it, I would give you a honest answer. When I post on here looking for something, I say the amount that I'm willing to spend. Sometimes I get a response, other times I don't. So I do things differently than you do. So what? You are the one who faulted me for doing things differently than YOU! There are no rules here, and if there are, they certainly aren't your rules. The reason I ask how much you're willing to pay is because, if it's not even close to what I paid for it, it's not even worth my time to go and dig it out. But don't tell me to not start bullsh*t when you question how I do things first. Don't try and take a shot at me and then say no hard feelings. phatslappy
Now that I've gotten that out of my system.... BTW, good luck. I hope you get it for xmas. Not a better gift out there. We shouldn't be fightin about this either. We 1/55s gotta stick together. We're outnumbered enough as it is by the 1/48 lovers.
