I just tend to get frustrated with my own lazy a$$ cause I get home and end up doing 50 other things instead of what I had planned to do. Having kids, coaching sports teams and working weekends has the effect of me not knowing when I'm coming or going..... Then sometimes I just sit on the couch and veg out! I'll get back to you soon.
