zeo-mare
i know, use super glue that is what i did for mine. the normal glue was not strong enough, it would buckle under the weight of the SV-51.
aaajin
argh....landing gear fixed...now its the gunpod handle that broke...man...this kit sure is brittle like crackers.... & thanks zeo mare for the tips....I actually decided to glue the landing gear hatch instead of the landing gear itself.....its painstaking just trying to glue the landing gear since this kit is quite small...1/100 it is... gahh...I think I'm gonna go to sleep now....will continue tomorrow morning...after 3 major casualties tonight EDITED : ahh....gunpod handle fixed...finally can get some sleep... Phadeout
aaajin, Is it one of the older vf-2ss, or is it one of the newer ones from Bandai? I'm just wondering because maybe it is brittle since it's so old? Just wondering.. I have one of the older ones (un built)...
aaajin
its the bandai...I think its the new version...guess my modelling skill sucks... anyway, here's a word of advice...becareful when assembling the landing gear (when attaching the hatch to the landing gear)....look at the instruction REALLY carefully...make sure the orientation is right....or else ure gonna break it like mine when trying to detach it... good luck & wish me luck too
Kiotcloudkicker
Just build it w/ all the landing gear hatches closed and stick it on a mounting platform to make it "in flight" sort of speak.
