I dont care about the fast packs.....cuz they are UGLY (at least the Mac7 ones...are thsoe the same? cuz those are hideous) Show me the newly engineered sexy 1/48 YF-19!! Ill buy a dozen The M+ atmospheric fastpack are very simple and nice in all modes, the macross 7 ones are good in Fighter mode but IMO orrible in the others modes or at least very weird. The SV-51 has to be parts swap no matter what, there's no way to make the hips durable enough in perfect transformation. Never say never. I am sure there IS a way to make a perfect variable SV-51 toy. Yamato does not necesarily stick to "canon line art transformations". Look at the 1./48. That explains it all. The variable custom model that we've seen screams fragility, changing the sculpt for the transformation would make an ass ugly fighter mode. And I dont know what it is about it, maybe it being done in CG, or what, but I think that there is real possiblility with Macross Zero toys being a huge hit.
