leading edge Posted January 23, 2012 Share Posted January 23, 2012 I realize the thought of an energy field existing between the smallest form of energy( example inertia) exists as a theory but we can't discount the possibility that the field may give birth to other forms of energy research. Take the fusion research being done in Japan and paris I believe it is called cold electrolysis fusion at first it was nothing more than a pipe dream then some researchers took another look and corrected some equations and material and doubled the voltage of a battery. I find iOS to be rather boring (it's more or less a highly polished app launcher), and if the Surface is anything like the Windows phones have been (glitchy, lack of functions compared to anything made within 5 years, pathetic app availability and performance), I'll be passing on that one really quick. For me, Android has been the most stable, capable, and functional of the mobile platforms. Oh, and don't forget about the Blackberry Playbook. I've never used one, but have heard they're very well designed. Unfortunately, like most things Blackberry these days, I'm going to guess it'll be too little, too late. I used to see them as overpriced, but nowadays, I like the stuff apple has been putting out, paving fields. I even ponied up and bought a retina macbook, which is by far and away the best computer I've ever owned. I agree with you that iOS can get to be boring, but a lot of people actually like its simplicity and, tbh, polished interface, lacking may hiccups that have plagued Android. That said, with Jelly Bean (I have a nexus 7), things do seem to be shaping up for Google. We'll see in the future I guess. For now, it seems like Apple is impenetrable....
