simikon76
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...ADME:B:TB6:US:2 I found it kind of strange no one ever bid on this. Has anyone ever heard of this guy?
sleddogg83
No, but he has had a lot of retracted feedback though.
simikon76
How do you find that out?
Valk009
Click on the guys rating and under the box with the breakdown on how many positive, neutral and negative feedbacks the person has received. This Seller has two bid retractions in the past six months, so not too bad seeing that there is no negative feedback! sleddogg83
Relisted with lower price and a different stock image.
simikon76
Hey sleddogg, Weren't you looking for more 1/48 Valks to buy? Why don't you buy?
Die, Alien Scum!
The seller relisted it with a $102 Buy It Now price and it sold just over an hour later. He's also lowered the prices a couple of bucks on the 1/60s he's got listed.
sleddogg83
Hey sleddogg,Weren't you looking for more 1/48 Valks to buy? Why don't you buy? Already have one and I don't like his feedback. His rating SHOULD be much lower than it is.
Wildstar
I was the individual who bought this item, against my better judgment. If anyone reads this, please go look at the auction and tell me I'm not high....the auction states that if I use "Buy it Now" I get free shipping. Well the dealer says it "clearly states" that no free shipping is included. Quite an inauspicious start to this transaction. Sigh..... fearyaks
^^ I wonder if you could back out at this point. He'll probably blackmail you next.
Wildstar
I'll update you guys as this develops....also, any ideas on what to do next?
Wildstar
FYI... The seller said he accidentally put in his listing that he would waive the shipping fee with the use of "Buy it Now". Both he and I have amicable agreed to void the deal and no one gets a negative feedback. So things worked out, though I still need a 1/48 VF-1A...... simikon76
He relisted that thing: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...ssPageName=WDVW Don't see why he did not put it up for the original price because technically it is. Was about to buy this myself but with what happened to Wildstar I don't think so now. No offense but listing one thing and doing another does not inspire much confidence in making a deal. Eternal_D
should have just asked for shipping discount and see what happens. it was HIS fault for putting that BIN=free shipping so he should have gone for it...well, if you handle it correctly he should have. Wildstar
I get what you are saying Eternal_D, I just didn't want to deal with a series of potential headaches. I mean, if he can't get the listing right, even to the point he sends me an email telling me his listing never stated free shipping, I can't imagine what the rest of the deal might have been like. Die, Alien Scum!
Well, I was considering purchasing one or more of his 1/60s, but now I'm not gonna take the chance. Between his feedback and lies about free s/h, I'd rather pay a little more to another seller and avoid this guy's BS.

Thats a lie and you caught him in it so he had to back out of the deal. if you read his orignal auction theres lines upon lines that clearly state he'll pick up the shipping if you use UPS. as is: "NOW FOR THE SHIPPING DETAILS. IF YOU USE THE "BUY IT NOW" OPTION, THE SHIPPING IS only FREE through UPS. BUT IF YOU JUST BID ON THE AUCTION, AND END UP WINNING THE AUCTION, THE SHIPPING COST WILL BE A FLAT FEE OF $15.00. I think that's a pretty good deal" i mean i'd understand if there was a blurb or two about free shipping, but i really can't honestly believe this guy when he goes through the lengths he does to make it clear how this "free shipping" deal works. I think everyone else here has the right idea, good luck to everyone in future auctons.
