  1. Hi guys, 2 months ago, I made a trip to Argyle 111 Shopping Arcade and found one 1/48 Low Visibility sitting there. But then I went there again 1 week ago but it was gone. Too bad, I should have picked it up when I had a chance. I remember seeing 1/48 Max and Milia at Toy Exchange at Mong Kok. I am here excluding my liability here if you can't find one. =D
  2. Astonishing~ The beauty deserves an 'A' in my book or in anyone's book.
  3. I got mine today~ And I luv the thing. I transformed it once from the Shuttle mode to Gerwalk mode w/o reading the instruction; very easy to do so.
  4. Thanks for the guide~ I am picking one up tomorrow...they claimed that they have the lowest price in HK, 750hkd...
  5. This is an unilateral offer~ Once the requested performance is complete, you cannot revoke your offer...=D I want a Monster but I also want the TF Masterpiece Prime or the Ultra Magnus... can anyone who has both tell me which toy is better? $$ is tight, I can only buy either one... =(
  6. My X'mas wish this year is someone would buy me the Sony PSP handheld game system. I saw one in Festival Walk in HK and the retail price is little under $5,000 hkd. The unit is slightly longer than my pocket pc. Would someone pls buy me...
  7. I see there are quite a few Roy 3rd editions sitting on the shelf in Toy Market Exchange in Mong Kok. The price is $899 hkd~
  8. My last exam is on the 17th...and I'll be done. And I'll be there for sure~
  9. Hi all, I'm in Hong Kong now and living in the Kowloon Tong area. I have tried looking for some Macross toys in the Mong Kok area but unsuccessful, except that place right across UML, they still have 2 1/48. I forgot the name of the shop but if you find CTMA centre or UML, you should have no problem locating it. They are also selling the MMM Strike Gundam for $230 hkd, that is cheap~ If you go to Mong Kok and just ask anyone, they would direct you to any location...ppl r generally nice in HK. My gf lives in the Cheung Sha Wan area and she brought me to some lousy mall and I was a kid in a candy store or toy store in this respect...and bought a Metal Grade Gundam, which was probably the last one available in HK. I'll try my best to find the location and name of that place for you...but no gurrantee because I have to go there in person. I wanted to give you this link http://toyshunter.uhome.net/toyshop-hongkong.htm but its dead now. Sorry wasn't much help to u.
  10. I believe that they will most definitely release limited editions, or perhaps Low Viz, for both 1S and 1J before they put an end to 1/48 line up. They would definitely squeeze every penny from the prospective buyers. I will be the first one in queue to put my hands on one of those.
  11. I bought two Low Viz but sold one, never open, to a member here. I don't have this problem.
  12. 1xVF-1S (hk) 1xVF-1J Hikaru re-issue (hk) 1xVF-1J Max re-issue (hk) 1xVF-1J Milia re-issue (hk) 1xVF-1A Hikaru re-issue (hlj)
  13. If you ever have to comtemplate which one to buy, buy the first one. Reason being is they are made in Japan; I guess this is more attractive for collecters...I hope, cus I have a few sitting around for the right price...ha ha
  14. Hi all, anyone has a spare BD-1 that they can part with?? Please PM me if they have it~ In addition, anyone has a broken 1/72 VF-11B FP? Thanks, Sandon
  15. Don't lose your sleep over it. Unfortunately, paint chipping is inevitable. I couldn't agree with Blaine23 more...
  16. Sweet!!! I regret selling my Low Viz now...
  17. Wow~ I am going to buy me a Monster once is out. And looking at the VF-0 sitting next to the Monster, I noticed that the VF is not all that small regardless 1/100 scale. What do you think ppl? I have a funny feeling that it is about the same size as Macross Plus 1/72 toys.

Thank goodness for this link. I will most definitely visit all the shops mentioned here as I am moving back to HK for my post grad studies.
  19. If Yamato has not decisive plan to bring the newly rescultured VF-19 to the market, there might be other companies smart enough to take a piece of the pie. I'll buy anything good from anybody~ As far as the Macross Plus toys, my beloved 21 FP!!
  20. Do you have the magnificent 7.1 surround sound to go with that awesome TV??

    Got My YF-21!

I have the same problem with the floppy legs, nonetheless I have no problem standing up the toy in both battroid and gerwalk mode; due to great center of gravity. I will definitely buy VF-19 when it comes out early next year to complete the flock.
  22. My backpack is loose too, but it doesn't bother me that much; however, the legs are pinning me down to the ground. Thanks for the advice, I'll dissemble the hip and apply some transparent nail polish. Could there be something missing from the assembled parts? I believe 1/48 and the VF-21 or FP shares the same design for the hip. And the 1/48 has the black isolation or rubber (don't know the proper term for that material) fix it in place. I really like the VR-21, especially in the battroid
  23. SOS!! I just opened and took out my VF-21FP from the box and transformed the toy for the first time. In the process, I noticed that both legs are loose and actually swings back and forth if you shake the toy. Is that normal? Or is it just my toy? After the transformation, leaving it in battroid mode on table is completely a balancing act.
  24. Personally, I don't see any reason why they cannot make the boxes smaller and sturdier. As a proud owner of a few 1/48s, pls re-design the box!!! I've excessed the maximum capacity for my toys~
