yeah. it's taking this trend of digging up hammy 70's tv shows and making fun of them a little too far. The Green Lantern I thought would make a good comedy cos he's so cheesy in that green outfit, but the FF is still pretty big after all these years. I was looking forward to this, but after looking at the resumes of the leading cast I have dim hopes. They are making it a comedy, becuase of the outstanding box office smash..... Mystery Men

Thread Resurrection! Having just received this book in the mail today here's a mini-review It's a very nice companion piece to the series. There is a good bit of line-art showing the character, weapon and mech design. Lots, lots, lots, of pictures of Motoko Kusanagi to drool over I'm sure if I could read Japanese the Laughing Man Report, DVD blurbs and real arms report would be a very interesting read. All in all, an excellent art-book. ebay linky link for the curious

Well the over-reaction here on the (Tampa)west coast was reached new levels. They have closed the schools tommorrow, even though Frances will not be here until Saturday. I guess they are playing it safe..... I will not be evacuating, but a sincere "good luck and be safe" to anyone who is.
