Hi Everyone, Firstly, I have never sold, purchased or traded anything from MW before so please feel free to ask me any and all questions. Long story short, my better half saw me looking at the Macross 25th Anniversary Yamato 1/48 Scale and purchased it as a gift unbeknownst that I had purchased it for myself as well. Now I'd prefer to get it into one of your collections. Looking at Ebay completed listings I'm asking for $160 shipped and insured. Conversly I'd like to offer it up for trade. Looking for options: 1)A discount off your price of (long shot dream valk) Yamato 1/60 VF-11B 2)Both of the Yamato 1/72 YF-19 & YF-21, boxed, a straight trade given average price total is about $160 3)Whatever else you'd offer, I'm partial to Macross Plus and Zero I'm happy to consider all offers. We will certainly be there. Particularly looking forward to Air Combat in Anime clips/scenes. A side note, I'm looking to bring my unopened copy of the amazon Cowboy Bebop blu-ray to the swap meet. I posted a pic on the swap meet forum http://forums.animeboston.com/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=19053 and got some responses but nothing really caught my eye. Anybody here interested? A bucket list item of mine is a Yamato 1/60 VF-11, I'd hand over Bebop plus cash for that. One week to go!

Awesome work man. The raised effect with beveled edges on the helmet visor is spot on. I know the feeling of not being 100% accurate, the artist is their own harshest critic. People are going to get a kick out of it and thats the point. from Macross the room it looks pretty good. Would like to be at the convention to get a pic.

Here is the helmet. Went with the "home depot" orange. It'll stand out a bit more when finished.

thanks for the options & info. Understood that it's a safety precaution, I'll go with a sharp orange, looks good with the black, white, blue color scheme. Now I can go jogging at night in the Dyson flight suit.

I'd like to throw out a question: The Shoulder pads, shoes and helmet Dyson wears has a color that seems to change a bit depending. Would you consider it more of a yellow, orange or mix? Congrats! Looks like the kaiju vs mecha theme will have some quality mecha content! Always bet on mecha! I'd like to see that paint job! Sounds badass! Great to see Macross will be featured in a few panels this year. Depending on schedules (chaos reigns during the con) I'd like to hit up Heavy Metal, Air Combat and RotV. renegadeleader1, what's Bruinsguy beargguy? david, anime con birthday weekend, go for it. Sunday is kinda beat, the meat of the con is Friday and Saturday, not that it would not be fun but bang for the buck, i recommend Saturday.

Just saw an update, Richard Epcar will be attending AB '15. Awesome! Would bringing the 1/60 Yamato YF-21 be too much?
