The images on the right are the qyq 1080p version. I went back and checked my source for it and Ive re-examined the screenshots provided there and it seems they all have black lining on the bottom and right edges of the screen, and they do look undersaturated too. For a moment I thought my computer was the problem but then if it was I should have seen noticeable artifacts. Darn looks like the qyq version isnt all that great, anyone have any screenshots of the popgo version?

Ok, I got the screenshots. I am really surprised that it looks like the 1080p rip I got is not all that better than the thora 720p version. In fact the thora version might be even better. I also got four more screenshots that I would appreciate having a comparison with. I dont have access to a computer right now that can downscale the images to 720p so I apologize. Other than that these are the raw screenshots I took with mpc. Edit: Attachments fixed.

Wow thats amazing, just looked it up and supposedly its gonna start "shipping" in 2010, whatever that means. Anyway Id loved to make some screenshots, so I was wondering if you could tell me what times those screenshots were taken at?

Ive been looking for a long time for 1080p versions of the bluray rips and the only complete set I could find was by qyq. I downloaded that and am ready to start syncing subs to it. What Im wondering though is of the popgo version which I just heard about. Searching for that version I found a complete set. It seems like the one by popgo is already translated? Is this correct, if it is Ill just download that version but if for any reason its not up to par in anyway Ill just keep looking for subs to sync with the qyq version. Dont really want to redownload an entire 1080p rip again. The only scripts I can find are by gg which doesnt have 1-6 for some reason and the subs at the macross share website which Ive been wondering was done by who? Does anyone have any other suggestions? Are there any groups still finishing thier subs that I should wait for? Once I get some clarification Ill start syncing and when Im done Ill upload the subs. Edit: forgot to mention that according to their website the thora subs are by aogm.

Or have them both die then at least there would be a reason he had to find someone else. It would also add a revenge factor to the story if they were killed that way.

I was looking at the vb-6 konig file on the macross mecha manual and I saw that the konig had a destroid mode. What would be the use of the destroid mode? It doesnt look like it could use the main guns so Im guessing that maybe it allows for faster movement?

I thought the VB-6 Konig Monster was awsome, anything with big guns is cool When I was watching episode 7 though I thought it was strange that it had to land on the ship to fire its guns. Whats stopping it from transforming and firing from space? The recoil from the guns sure made a mess of the ships hull (hate to have to be the one to fix that )
