From what i read the F-2A weights about 21,000lbs empty compared with 18,238lbs for the Block 30. That means the F-2 will have a slightly worse P:W ratio. They should have opted for later F110s.

SL can probably fill you in better in regard to JASDF aircraft but from what i read and heard the 15J Kai update provides several new items such as IRST, AAM-4 perhaps even AESA antenaa.

Kai btw means improved.

There is also the possibility that someone placed stones on the rails to cause the accident.

hmm....the only modern military equipment seen in macross zero is the FAMAS, Tavor, SH-60 Seahawk, F-117A, maybe B-2, M-1 tank, MiG-29A and S-3B Viking. I might have missed a couple though.

If you were to include other non M0 modern equipment it would become quite a lot of equipment. It could easily turn your webpage into the next FAS.org

I think there is interest in turning the F-2A into a effective counter-air fighter hence the AMRAAM configuration. However the Viper-Zero is rather underpowered and would be quite sluggish compared with a Block 30.

Anyway Japan will be better served by the F-15J Kai Plus since it already has the range to patrol the peninsula.

Those are shock diamonds. Happens when the flow is of higher or lower pressure than the elements outside.

Ironically the best VF to handle the Ghost is the VF-17D because of obvious reasons.

why the VF-17D would be better??? i guess i should try again with a VF-17D because i wasn´t able to beat all those ghost x-9.

That's because the laser beam gun the 17D carries can track the movement of the Ghost(or any enemy) better than the projectile gun pods of other mecha.

Also very convenient for shooting down missiles.

PSX Multi Converter

Click on the link under the PSX Multi Converter section. It's the first one called psxmc323.zip. You can use it to rip PSX audio and video files to your pc. I haven't found a game that it won't work for.

oddly enough it doesn't work very well for VF-X-2. Although i was able to get the pictures and movie the soundtrack is in separate midi format and needs to be join together somehow.

I seem to recall someone made several views of the VF-X-4 a couple of years back if i am not senile yet. The person made several variations of the nose area for it.

A search can't seem to locate it though. It could be in the old boards.

Do you use a tablet for this stuff ? It is expensive IMO but probably most worth it. My hands are just too unsteady to hold a mouse. I normally use the path and select tools for this kinda work.

F-2 Kai looks more normal except it is using the P&W engine instead of the big GE. Tail fin seems smaller in area too.

yeah...kinda like the F-15S/MTD from AC2 but this is excessive. I reckon they had to move the m61 gun or remove it altogether since there is no way the gun will work fire through the right canard.
