  1. You sure it will FIT with yours?? This is the first generation toy. What if it doesnt fit???

Awwwww Crap....you may be right....I am not totally sure, but I may risk it. IS THERE ANYONE WHO KNOWS IF THIS WILL FIT MY REISSUES'S!?!?!?!?

  2. Hi,

How much do you guys figure this old toy is worth, it has an ear broken (though it could be replaced from a scrap jetfire i have), its loose, and stikers worn?

    Thx in advance

Worth....not sure.....but I DO WANT that armor...PM me to deal PLEASE.

  3. I'm afraid there are no 'cheap' accessories for the 1/55's.. The VF-1S reissue (the same series as yours) had a pack with the fast packs (see the review link i posted in the other thread a while back), but thats it until you get into the realm of Takas. These puppies are expensive. Why? Because they're the daddies of macross. Check out http://www.macrossworld.com/macross/toys/takatoku.htm to see what there was..

I dont think the old GBP and fast packs fit on the reissues anyway, nut i could be wrong on that one. Your best bet is to find someone that is willing to part with reissue FP's.. good luck....

Thanks V, you always know where to point me. With that all said, is there anyone out there that wants to "part" with their FP's??? PLEASE LOL

  4. Hey everyone,

I have been looking for any accesories for my new Bandai 1/55 Valk every since I realized how frickin cool it is...which insedently was as soon as I received it...ANYWAYS, I am looking to see what all there is, for instance, Super/Strike Packs, GBP Armor, etc. I've seen some on eBay for an ungodly price. If anyone knows (which I imagine there alot of you who do) what all is out there and where I can get it, PLEASE do let me know. THANKS ALOT.

  5. i had that fire valk, and the 17 that was in the same vein. I regret selling em actually, they werent bad toys. Wha they lacked in looks they made up for in durability. Much the same as transformers actually.

Definetly good to know.....sorry that you miss yours.

  6. MisterRyno, please edit the large picture off your post. There are people here who aren't on Broadband, you know. You've already been told by Dante74 on the Display Your Collections thread about this.

Can't help it....it's a disease I think....I just LOVE to re post pics. LMAO....no really I think I just forget and when I realize it I'm like f*ck it till someone lets me know. So thank you to you for letting me know.

  7. Cool, man I have a weak spot for 1/55 VF-1S (Sempai).

I am totally lovin these 1/55's. I have a 1A, 1J, and a 1S comin soon. I will be postin some pics in the collection topic at some point soon. Maybe I'll have to wait till I move though mid oct.

  8. Yep, there is just something about those chunkies... Yamatos are cool and all, but the 1/55s just have soul that the newer stuff can't match.

That is all too true friend...

  9. I just today received my very first 1/55 Bandai Pilot H. Ichigo. I got this off a guy on TFieds for the low low low price of $68.25 shipped. It is MIB and even sealed in plastic I was very excited. I like it so much that I just sent payment to him for a VF-1A as well. Enjoy.....

  10. I do all of my stuff through HoHoToys on eBay and they ship very fast, have reasonable prices and when you order a lot of stuff they start giving better discounts. I seem to get releases much sooner than others on the board get them from HLJ (or whatever those initals are)

    HoHoToys....I'll remember that.

  11. Deimos,

Those FP's are BAD A**!!! How prey tell do I get those?

Oh yes.....Also to All......Be on the look out for my newest item. I just received my very 1st 1/55...soooooooo sweeeeet!!!

    MisterRyno

  12. Just avoid Hobbysearch. HLJ are godly compared to those asshats. Sent my Q-rau to the wrong address and wouldn't resend it when it got sent back to them, nor would they give me a refund, they just stopped replying to my emails.

HLJ just takes forever to process and ship.

At least HLJ tells you that they take a while to ship....at least they kinda tell you I should say. I just don't go through them for the shipping reasons as well.

  13. I must say I envy you friend.

This is going to kill you...........but I am doing a deal for a Cobra R right now that has 220 miles on it and a smoked #7 piston. It may be mine by the weekend. :)

I'm thinkin it will look good parked next to this one

  14. Watch the transformation videos, don't force anything (particularly the backpack), be careful of the head laser especially while transformation to battroid, and remember that the heatshield can pop out of its rail (but you can put it back in).

I wrote a step by step transformation for you, but my account logged out when I tried to post it and the computer ate it (and for some reason it didn't copy when I selected the whole thing and hit ctrl-c). It's more complicated to transform than the old 1/55 chunky-monkey, but you'll learn it pretty fast! ;) It's a pretty solid design.

Right on..............thanks for writing out the instructions, I am very sorry that you took the time only for the comp. to be a piece.....I hate it when that happens. I will be watching the vid and TFing at the same time tonight I am sure.
