  1. True that mate...I was a little apprehensive at first, but then I just said, "f**k it...if I'm gonna screw up....I'm gonna screw up...it could happen even if I was a pro". Then after that first line was done there was no turning back.
  2. The only time that I needed to wipe was when I goofed and went outside the lines. It was a real pain when I did that...but I was just too excited at times. Otherwise...even the thickness of this pen was just great.
  3. I just realized that I did not write pen. It's a pen/marker.
  4. I really like the "cartoon" sense as well. I was'nt really going for the "real" look. THANKS
  5. THANKS I am REALLY happy with it. I really like the cartonny look more than the real look. I did have a goof here and there. I tried right away to either quick get it with the tip of my finger or use a q-tip. Both ways worked okay. But this pen says permanent and waterproof....so now that it is dry I think I may try some water on a cottenball to try to get the smudges. We'll see if that works. Otherwise there are minor misses of the lines and whatnot...not too bad at all.
  6. Well now I REALLY wish I would have gotten the bid in on time....I LOVE GARBAGE!!!!
  7. Something else........................LOL I used a Sakura Pigma Micron 02 0.30mm Black
  8. Hey....there's nothing wrong with having to touch the door handle 3 seperate times before I open it.
  9. THANKS NB4M.....That is what I was looking for.....a little help for a first timer......I appreciate your reply......do you like it anyways though???
  10. THANKS I mentioned, in the other post I have with the rest of the pics for this guy, that I really like the penciled panel lines but I think that the darkness of the bolder black panel lines gives it a more cartoony feel.
  11. Fav.....? Hmmmmmmm....that's a tough one......I really like my 1/55 M&M's and I also really like my 1/48 CF. Screw it....I would grab both....then I would have my wife grab my MP OP and Galvatron and Sixshot and the rest of my 1/55's.
  12. I keep looking back to "ghostryder"s blue roses valk in the panel lining topic and I really like the pencil and I almost wish I would have used pencil for my first job. But, I think the thick black lines give a real cartoony feeling, you know.
  13. Yes.....a great and powerful pose that is. I am glad that you are now inspired. I live to help people (not really, but it sounds nice )
  14. Thanks....that makes me feel better....this is my first "custom" job of ANYTHING. I was thinking everyone would think it sucked. LOL
  15. My newly panel lined 1/48 CF and FP.....see more pics here.
  16. Well I wanted to "spice up" my 1/48 CF and the FP's a bit so I went ahead and did my very first panel lining job. I don't think that it turned out too bad. I could not find a Copic Pen at my hobby store only Copic Markers. So I purchased a Pigma Micron Pen instead. I was looking for a 0.02mm but only found a 0.30mm as the smallest. Now that I think about it I wasn't paying much attention when I bought this pen, I should have bought a 0.03mm not a 0.30mm......well sh**.....it turned out pretty nice anyways. I am happy with my work. Let me know what you think.
  17. Over 700 bones......GREAT JOB!!!!! I am VERY happy you got so much for him.
  18. 1/60 = 1 (& 1 GPB Armor) 1/48 = 1 (& 1 SS Pack)
  19. Not sure.....I would have gotten it but I was too slow
  20. Well Sh**...I was going to enter a max bid of $70 USD, but I did not make it in time and it went for $56 USD. Missed my oppurtunity....too bad.
  21. I've never played that game but it sures looks fun.
