Yes, I'm looking for the DYRL fastpacks, but they have to be shipped loose without the box. Let me know what you come up with, thanks!
-
Hello all Just trying to find some strike\super fast packs for my 1/60 v2.0 VF-1S Max valkyrie. All accessories must be present and preferably an unused sticker sheet\instructions manual. I want the fast packs shipped loose as I have no intention of keeping the box. Send me all offers via pm Can pay via paypal, seller must be able to send items to Greece, Europe! Thanks
-
DYRL for me. My first 1/48, first Yamato Macross is now being revamped into a better figure. How could I not get it? The TV ver. is nice as well, but I actually prefer the DYRL colour scheme to his TV colours.
-
So what doesn't the VF-22 have that makes it cheaper from the YF-21? I've read about lack of the display stand, judging from the pictures...um...1 gunpod and no fastpacks?
-
That's what I did when I sold off my 1/48s. It's seriously much easier for both the seller [less worries about the huge box] and the buyer [less shipping charges, less chance it'll get held at customs if international]
-
Sorry, but that's nothing. Two of my last orders were held at customs for over a MONTH each and I had to pay close to 100 euros for each shipment [around USD 120] to get them. And I paid for express shipping in order to get the items on time for an occasion. Since you're in the US, if the items are indeed toys\collectibles, you won't have to pay a dollar for them.

Official Bandai 1/60 Scale DX Toy Thread Ver.4

I'm thinking "detail design" means they must have altered the tampographed insignias on the plane, nothing more. Nothing more, nothing less. -
+ 1 FOR VFTF1 Very good contact, shipped ridiculously fast and the item reached me within the same week [4 working days!] in excellent condition! Will definitely do business again with him in the future!

Was days from pulling the trigger on a Hikaru 1S but now I'm totally sold on this valk. I wish we'd get the TV 1A sooner, but this is a welcome release nevertheless.

Official Bandai 1/60 Scale DX Toy Thread Ver.3
Knightdramon replied to Graham's topic in Hall Of The Super Topics
This. I'm waiting to see what issues [if any] are present before buying Altos' DX figure. Experience with macross products the last 2 years has taught me to wait for a second release, regardless. And for every nice and tight MG figure bandai made those past years, there's always the recurring thought of my DX Aquarion, which was a floppy mess. But Alto's mine, either in January or in a second wave -
Many thanks and the highest recommendations for Jedi Knight and vorlon010 Both paid extremely quick and were very communicative! Along with Arthurius, they're my new best friends!

So here's a thought, please don't mutilate me for it; I'm pretty sure most of you got a Movie Leader Prime [either version] or a Movie Leader Brawl from Hasbro in the past year. Nearly everybody and his mom have that Prime. I'm not going to count electronics this time, but the thing retailed for US 40 [the asking price in Japan was US 61 or sth, though]. Now that thing has a more complex transformation [in my opinion] than the 1/48 VF-1 and the newer 1/60 VF-1. It's cheaper, more articulated and more detailed than the 1/48 valkyrie. And by detailing I do not mean accuracy to the line-art, but actual sculpting on the figure's plastic. Heck, my Universe\Henkei Powerglide has far more panel-lines, rivets and bolts sculpted on than the 1/48 I used to own. I'm a bit tired of reading about Yamato being a young company. How long has it been, 10 years? Now surely that's about 1/5 of what Hasbro is around, but STILL, that's some years of experience in handling transforming mechanoids. The biggest laughing stock of Yamato was surely the whole VF-0 fiasco; it took them what, 1-2 years to produce a non-faulty version? I believe the whole "not exporting their goods to the US because of HG" is also a bit old. People whine and bitch about paying 50 USD for a transformer figure or not finding it on clearance a day after release, you think they'd fork over ~180 USD per figure if they were released in the US? I'm a firm believer that whomever wants a Yamato valkyrie and is situated in the US or EU like me gets it via import. I get my transformers via importing because even after shipping they are cheaper than the shelf price here, what makes you think I'd get a Yamato valkyrie if I saw one for ~250 euros in a store? This all comes from a fan who has handled and owned every yamato release from their 1/48 VF-1 to the 1/60 YF-19. I absolutely loved the SV-51 but that was it, I was left pretty uninterested by the rest of them. Will I get more? I'll fork over cash when they release a VF-1A Max TV version, then maybe get a Fokker to go with it. Most of us are fans of these figures\universe of sci-fi, but have you asked somebody that may have casually handled one of these figures what they think about them? What they think about the price\what you get ratio? Yamato also has the opportunity to milk most of these moulds dry via repaints. Only thing they had to change for the 1/48 figs was the head sculpt and colours, same thing goes for their newer ver 2.0 but this time with a remould for the two-seaters. So in retrospect, as a transforming figure with the transformation scheme that's offered, yes, we're paying a bit too much for these figures.

Depends on how much you're willing to pay for it, let me know.
-
Big thumbs up for Arthurius. Paid very promptly.

Want them assembled, loose, what's up with that? Let me know, I've got a built PG Strike with Skygrasper that's sitting in the storage...

Try fantofan.jp Dude might not advertise it, but he can order from them.

1/60 perfect transforming vf-1 from yamato?

Up for pre-order at hobby search too. Cheaper than I thought. -
Replacement for HLJ?
Knightdramon replied to thegunny's topic in Where to Buy Macross, Auctions & Dealers Specials
To be honest, I think they've dropped their 2-3 times per week shipping schedule they had. When they showed us the video of them moving out and how orders are processed, they stated a truck comes by to pick shipments 2 times a day every day. I'm still annoyed that many of the items I want to get don't show up for pre-orders on the usual places they should be, or don't show up at all. The soul of chogokin spec 10 EVA 00' was conveniently renamed out of the soul of chogokin line-up, hence negating the chance to early bird it because it wouldn't show up in the menu it was supposed to. -
It took me about 5 minutes to do a full transformation circle on mine with the occasional glancing at the directions. Not that hard of a transformation, much better than the chore of the VF-0S. Will post pics later on, at the moment he's posed on the shelf with MP Skywarp...

PM'd.

Let it be known that this is my first 1/60 YF-19... I've one of just about any major Yamato release [VF-0, SV-51, 1/48 VF1 with all accessories] and I have to say that this is perhaps their best release. The thing is a bit more complicated than the SV-51 to transform but the end result poses much better than any of their other merchandises out. Transformation is neither too complicated nor too simple. A better mechanism to lock the entire wing section in place when in fighter would be appreciated, but it's not that bad as it is and it holds much better than either the VF-0 or the SV-51. The left wing section, in particular, simply refuses to lock in place securely at the leg peg (came that way out of the box). At first I thought I had a problematic sample because as I took it out the radar section of the cockpit hung loose but I remembered the thread about it and quickly fixed it. Never did bother with the gerwalk. Battroid mode is spectacular. Pretty decent articulation on all limbs, all major joints were tight (arms are a bit looser than the whole, but still tight). No locking mechanism for the entire chest assembly was a bummer, but it's still better than the SV-51. Overall this is probably the first purchase I've had after the VF-1A Kakizaki that doesn't have any major defects (loose joints from the get go, poor fitting of parts and so on), is fun to transform and poses better than anything else. Only complaint is the lack of accessories... On a final note, how can I replace the black canards with the gold panel lined ones? Thanks

Ordered my YF-19 from toy-wave the other day. Wouldn't really buy it otherwise but couldn't resist the order and I don't care for its fastpacks. Now if they'll only release a cool non-canon scheme for the YF-21... BTW, last I checked, toy-wave has many, MANY macross items on sale.

Replacement for HLJ?
Knightdramon replied to thegunny's topic in Where to Buy Macross, Auctions & Dealers Specials
I've dealt with Hobbysearch recently and while their shipping was slow [but they replied my query and said they're extremely busy this time of the year], you can't beat their prices. Their price is hlj's early bird, only it's always like that and they put up pre-orders WAY earlier than anybody else. Couple that with their point system and it's a sure choice for me. Zen-Builder, do you work for hlj? If so, can you please ask around and find out why there was a ton of gundam items [MG Strike E IWSP, 1/100 Virtue, 1/144 Gundam 00 merchandise] that were never up for pre-order with early bird, yet earlier this week they were listed under the "order stop" status? This happened again with the MG Black Tri Star zaku and 1/100 Gundam Kyrios... -

Mighty impressive. Will wait until around September-December to get one, but it's definitely on the want list. -
Care to provide some pictures of how far it'll go before you need to hold it down?
