I just ended up with an extra non-hardpoint right wing, and no hardpoint left wing.
I guess it is just Bandai messing up. I really wish they never even bothered with these non-hardpoint wings, since it just makes errors more likely. And then there are the releases that don't have hardpoint wings at all, since they never had missiles in the animation. But what if you just want to have missiles on there?
Seems like such an unnecessary and almost spiteful way to go about it.
Yeah. They painted the wrong side on my toy. Yours got exchanged. In other words, we were Bandai’d. -

Is it possible this is a Bandai error (has this happened to anyone else), or is this on the seller? I know Bandai messed up with the DYRL Hikaru 1A leg armors, but I don't recall there being an issue with the CF release.
Mine happened ages ago:

Now look at it closely; this is actually another physical left wing, see the break in the black stripe? It's near the part where you click-attach to the toy. I prefer using the "missile wings" even without missiles but still...
Anyone else having the same problem?

Both pictures are showing one and the same wing. When attached to the right side, it does not spread all the way out.
@ Saburo - Thanks, please let me know your findings.
To everyone, please look at my original post at the previous page... So. Anyone else having the same problem?

Yes and no. I’d like to see a new story revolving around a new set of characters inside the Megaroad. The old / original character are there just for background. I want the VF-1 and VF-4 to be the main variable fighters.

Nice.

Those are truly awesome Bub! Congrats on the acquisitions! I especially like the VF-1J(?) shikishi...lol.
If ever for sale, let me know!
Maybe he's referencing Macross the First manga?
They have my name on the items, unfortunately...

The only difference I can recall from the base valk is different coloured arrow on the head (and I can only find evidence of this from the Yamato release).
In terms of Bandai's release, TV and DYRL Roy would have different tampo markings as they've demonstrated different marking styles for their TV and DYRL releases so far.

Man, I miss Yamato...

Where is Captain Misa Ichijo?
Good question. I’d buy one in a heartbeat.

Seen any interesting Macross stuff in your travels lately?
Hey there, sorry for the super late reply. Macross stuff has been scarce because of scarce travel in recent months.Since there’s some free time, I’ll be posting some items here... Standby...

Experimentation? Testing to see if it cheaper material would sell and still look good?
-
Nice nice... Now where’s the VT-1 Super Ostrich PF?

All or nothing, eh?

Agreed on being Bandai’d as far as Macross is concerned. I wouldn’t know about for Gundam fans. Only bought the ver 3 of the RX-78 and i haven’t even touch it.
