I think its possible to make it PT, though it may not be 100% show accurate.
Them's fightin' words in these parts.

-
I like this paint scheme precisely because it's simple and doesn't have colored stripes on it. I'll be picking up one of these.

-
I wouldn't buy a parts-former. Just sayin'.
-
Indeed that is an extremely nice VT. I might pick it up after I scratch up enough cash after pre-ordering my VE-1.

-
Those photos are really testing my resolve to save my money for the VE-1.

I just decided it was OK not to own figures from each and every line, but just own what I liked for the reasons I liked them.
This is pretty much where I'm at. I own a smattering of figures from the last several years, bought because of whether I liked the individual designs.
I'm more of a general transforming toy fan, and not so much a completist character/storyline fan.

I can't believe I used up the 10GB bandwidth this month.
Another week to go before the counter is reset...

I never had the Aerialbots back in the day. I'm enjoying this a lot.

Awesome! Mine is arriving via UPS today.

-
That's ok with me, I need time to save up.

-
Oh mans, I love the CF scheme. Still have to save up for my VE-1 tho.

-
Here are a few of mine.

If the anime sucks, I just don't watch it.
I still like cool transforming fighter toys, tho.

-
I recommend Brick Artist Depot.

Very nice.

I love my CF 1J, load it up with armors.......

WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS TO ME?!

I'm pretty sure I got the SDF-1, Alpha, and Beta figured out and drawn up. I'll have to order some Lego's to see.
But the VF-1 is giving me hell. There aren't very man pictures that detail the insides and how it works. I also can't figure out how the hell the guy did the legs. I figured out how to do all the pieces of the lower leg except the front of it. The front really vexes me b/c I can't see how the two little plates attach...
Any help??? It's highly likely that my entire concept of how the leg works in those pictures is wrong, thus the reason why I can't figure it is b/c I'm trying to build on something that's already done wrong.
The bits on the front of the leg seem to be a couple of these: http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=3794
With a couple 1x2 tiles on top.
The leg is most likely made up of several of these: http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=4733

Universe Silverbolt.
Eh, yeah he's pretty bad too, but at least the parts fold into a shape that's reminiscent of the boxy underside of an XB-70.
I didn't buy Silverbolt either.

Even right side up and looked at from straight above, there is kibble to be seen sticking out. Not to mention the nosecone gap.
Pee-Yuu!

It might possibly be the worst Transformer ever. I can't think of another one that so completely fails to hide the robot bits. I mean... it doesn't even hide them a little bit. They're just sitting under the jet.

-
I was trying to figure out why Silverbolt's knee joints didn't work so well when I found this:
It doesn't take long at all and Silverbolt/Storm Jet will be a better figure from it.
Thanks for the link. Did this and it worked nicely.
This one?The hands look puny, but overall it looks better than the original config IMO.
And thanks for the pic. Already enjoying Superion more.
I just pre-ordered the upgrade kit from BBTS. Can't wait.

-
I'd love that CF 1J but I need to save money for the VE-1.

-
I'd like to hear more, too. I'm not generally a fan of the movie designs, but that looks pretty darn cool.
-
This is me opening my wallet for whoever makes a 1:60 VF-2SS.
-
Wow, I'd be afraid to leave my valks at work precariously displayed on top of a cubicle cabinet.

I'd like it a whole lot more if the yellow bits had been made grey or something. I understand they were trying to make it look "Fokker" but it really kills the "low vis" look.
