I have one package (not the 19, much cheaper) sitting there since April 8th..hopefully it will come to papa soon!

The Millia VF-1 arrived in Jan 18th at ISC NY and that's it, fromjapan has requested a search for the package but no answer yet from usps, I can't do a paypal dispute, doing a cc charge back is a dick move against fromjapan and I'm waiting for some king of lost package compensation.
I live in Panama and use a Miami proxy address to get it from the US to me, the YF-19 arrived at the address, received and signed, you can check online the whole received/package/shipped process online but going to 3 weeks now and their records can't find the package, already raising hell there. Pissed cause I shipped so much crap trough them, they should know my name and unit code by now.
One of my Max TV Vf-1a's took a month and a half to get to me. I had the seller do a trace and after waiting one month and after 2 weeks it showed up. You may want to try asking the seller to do so.
Already on it. 4 months for the VF-1J already.
So, the wings have no lock between normal and high speed mode?

Wish I could complain with you guys, I haven't received mine yet. I'm sh!t out of luck, after USPS lost me v2 VF-1J Millia now my YF-19 fvcking vanished. Pissed that I might have to purchase another one at a higher price now.

My understanding is that Kawamori was so sick of people asking him about the original SDFM cast he just said all contact was lost near the center of the galaxy so people would stop asking him.
Besides, I rather have remain legendary.

Not that I like Arcadia business decision but from what I've seen in the Japanese market. All Yammies Macross 7 valks have retain their MSRP or even higher, Macross 7 was insanely popular in Japan. Arcadia must cater to their market which sadly are not us.
I'd do like a VF-11C reissue or maybe VF-11D jamming bird.
If Arcadia wants to make a lot of bucks easy they just have to make a limited release reissue for the VF-1J M&M, VF-4G, 1/3000 SDF-1 and VF-11C. After that, they can release all the Basara they feel like.

You could try in the wanted section if someone has spare part DYRL VF-1A and sell you their 1A head.

For a while now I've been bothered by the one weakness left on the v2 VF-1, the crotch that gets loose with time, specially if you add FP on battroid and end up with a hip bar that keeps popping out of place. I searched on the forum and found no fix for this.
I once attempted to fix this by adding some paint layer on the bar itself but it did not work. I then looked closely on were the weakness is and it turns out its not the bar itself but on the long T bar articulation part of the bar that connects and pops out of the hatch.
The Yammie plastic is a tad soft and with time the way it "clips" loosens causing the loose ass.
Here's a small "how to" on fixing this small issue.
Here's the problem
The fix is different for the old crotch and new crotch on the v2 VF-1
You must add a small dap of nail polish, cyanoacrylate (Super glue) or anything that will bond and create an extra layer.
The green circles represent the area where you will add the extra something for the old crotch and the red circles for the new crotch (since this piece is different in both versions)
For the new crotch, you must pop the piece out, it pops out easily with minor force, don't use any tool or you could scratch the plastic.
I've highlighted how you must add the extra layer for each. Again, if you have an old crotch, only do the green highlight and for the new crotch only do the red highlight.
Here's the small piece with extra layer of cyanoacrylate placed. You will have to add a bit of glue when putting this piece back together or the extra friction will make it pop out with the bar when transforming, don't worry about gluing this piece, the nose is glued in place and is impossible to dissemble so having this piece unglued serves no purpose.
Now you can enjoy your VF-1 to the fullest.

hmm...I think we're mixing too many things at once.
Mommar and Kicker need to contact AmiAmi first and report their damaged goods, eventought it was an Arcadia QC issue, AmiAMi was the seller and are directly responsible for selling a broken product.
AmiAmi must then see if they can get a replacement part or replace the broken valk with a new one, but I don't know what their terms of service say about this.
If AmiAmi cannot get a replacement, they should issue a refund and any CC Bank involvement should be towards AmiAmi.
Arcadia is not required to issue a replacement directly to Mommar or Kicker, they must deal with the intermiate seller (AmiAmi), specially since it was sold outside of Japan. If Arcadia manages to get them replacements, I'll be very very impress with their customer service and I hope they do so.

You would have to press real hard with the plastic shell to break the wing. It was probably cracked or close to breakage point before putting in the trays.
I would kill to see the if there's an angel phillia forum to see if some of their doll come with a broken boob or unglued vag and the buyers reactions.

excellent work, I love the rare old resin kits, not as crisp as the modern Hase's but have a certain charm to them that make it so much better to enjoy building.
