    They use a very high quality plastic, they do a lot of R&D to develop new kits every year, they have major licenses, and they're not really that expensive when you do the math (about 12 cents per piece averaged out). :edit: And as for why out of print kits are so expensive on the secondary market? the collector mentality is stupid. why do we pay hundreds of dollars for transforming plastic planes?

    I know, it's like torture. but at least Astaroth is supposed to be released this month; then Bikini Leviathan comes out in November (fingers crossed), AiW Beelzebub in January, and Valkyrie Satan in march. Then I can just fill the rest of the time with hunting for a second hand original Leviathan and normal colored Asmodeus.

    I'm slightly annoyed right now; no English sites at all have Mammon yet. Ami Ami has been saying that Orchid Seed has told them not to sell any of their SDS figures to westerners, which sounds stupid as hell. I'm crossing my fingers that HLJ will have her, but I'm not hopeful and even NY hasn't put anything up yet. the most recent few listings in this line have been full of potential sadness. :(

    I didn't want this figure when it was in grey sculpt. I didn't want to want this figure at all.     Just paint his torso bronze and wrap some fabric around his waist as a skirt.

    I just realized that it doesn't have smoke grenade launchers on it's legs like REX, it has giant size hand grenades.
