Has anyone noticed that Ai-kun evolved without having the weapons usually seen on stage 2 Vajira? -

The wing shape and the length of the nose. The wing has a blunt tip compared to the 171's sharper wing style. -

Not really. If you consider the dogfight between Alto and Brera then re-reference again to Alto using lasers to get into the Vajira battleship, then you can notice better that the VF-25F's head lasers can swing 180 degrees to fire forward while in fighter mode. -

Hi guys. I checked out All that VF. I was surprised by something I saw. It's more than just the YF-19 and 21 showing up. 37 seconds into the video, you can see a VF-17D in the formation. The only time it ever shows up. OMG! -
You mean the radiant sword from Radiant Silvergun? But that would be cool, Macross taking que from shmups.

10 bucks says they look like Terran Vikings from Starcraft II. -
Wait for Frontier to pull an Eureka Seven. I'm calling it. Ranka is an analogue to Eureka.

Into STMCs, of course. -
I'm not talking about the tailfins but the stuff on the lower leg. And yes Graham you are right about the lower leg.

Battroid mode is off in a lot of ways. *ehem...repost what I said from 4chan*... There should be no flaps on the legs. The 3d model clearly showed that those flaps are attached to the wing swivel area. Also, shield feels too thin...too short perhaps.. Crotch isn't set at an angle either.

Original link I'm interested in further details. Thanks.

VF-25 Raven VF-25 Shrike I mean, I like the Shrike idea. Or VF-25 Falcon II
-
For those who can get the reference of the first two... VF-25 Kaguya, also to piss off Alto. VF-25 Mokou. Now something more serious. VF-25 Caliburn, since there's a VF-19 Excalibur.

We should prod the Japanese users in the direction we want. How are they holding up so far?

The purple valk looks like a VF-14 crossed with an SV-51. Maybe this means we get a new Feios? -
Can someone re-upload the pictures in http://macrossworld.com/mwf/index.php?show...st&p=531448 ? Thanks.

Roy Focker? How about Aegis Focker? He's only aged 8 years by Macross F, so that makes him around 30 years old.

I was researching on Japanese film techniques, and the use of such "empty" scenes actually means something to the intended audience, a kind of understanding the director expects out of his audience. These kind of scenes are actually designed with a haiku-like intent. The message that comes through is based upon that kind of intent.

Do the terrorist activites have something to do with the huge fleet battle in the latter part of the game, and possibly the UN falling apart? (the NUNS on the VF-171s come to mind.)
