thank you very much! I thought proxy ordering meant disguising your IP address somehow (like using a VPN) so thank you for clearing that up. I will likely try to order through a third party vendor that ships to the US. Do you think other retailers will offer the standalone set (besides the ones listed on the first page)? I tried ordering through anime-export and thought the order was received, but when I check my account now, the order disappeared. So I will need to try again with another retailer.

How do you order through proxies? I'm new to all of this so apologies for possibly stupid questions.
