This is completely untrue. According to Graham, the lineart shows no tail fin deviation from the standard VF-1's. really I have heard otherwise but if its Graham who says than thats almost as good as Kawamori.

yeah, I think wing was okay, it really didn't hold my attention as well as the other gundam's but it didn't send me screaming and gouging my eyes out like G gundam.

Okay, I don't even know how to explain this wihtout showing pictures. Did you make sure the backpack hatch is DEPRESSED underneath the 2 small locking tabs ? If the hatch is just lying flat to the back, then you've got it wrong. There's 2 little tab like fins on the back. One is part of the hatch, and one is on that little swinging piece of plastic. Make sure the swinging one is all the way down and not poking through the hole in the backpatch hatch, then depress the hatch PAST the level of the rest of the back and lock it into place underneat the two tabs on the right and left sides. I never knew my 1/48's could do that.......cool. Thanks imode Now you know! and knowing is half the battle. Whats the other half? Killing those Mother F#$@*ing commie bastards

thing is people were expecting normal valks with extra armor and that is not what the elint and Super O are. Most of the things you complained about , small tail fins and such is how the line art portrayed them. Thats what i have been told. the new looks don't bother me that much, and FYI, the super O is much more a normal 1/60th than the Elint.

Not just that but he had to turn a great sci-fi novel into a steaming pile of crap. you should all be aware Verhoeven never read the book. I liked robocop and few other movies he made, and some of the action sequences in SST the movie were kinda fun, but in the end it was a poorly executed pile of steaming alien goo.

are any changes to be made to Alien ala SW special edition? Please say no, well cept for the final scene where the alien gets blasted out the space hatch and we see it in all its rubber suit glory <_<

the yamato 19 is hands down the worst sculpt yamato as produced in all modes.

Gasaraki! Man I love this series. other good ones are Escaflowne the movie Vampire hunter D Bloodlust (skip the original Vampire Hunter D if you wish, it is good but shows it age) Ruroni Kenshin Gundam 0083, can be overated but is still good Gundam 8th MS team Patalabor 1 & 2 (skip the 3rd movie if you know whats good for you) Patlabor the TV series and if you seriously wanna die of depression see Grave of the fireflys, JinRoh, and the Ruroni Kenshin OVA's. These are really good but depressing to the extreme.

Nah It was way to serious to be popular in japan, if they made the dances to activate the kugai involve a guitar and funky and bad punk rock music things may have gone better <_<
