It was only divisive because it was released unfinished and buggy with a lot of content cut. Obsidian was forced to rush it out the door by LucasArts and Microsoft. Thankfully, the cut content remained on the disc, and years later a fan project was able to fix many of the bugs and restore much of what was incomplete.
The story itself is well-loved by the fans.
I remember them.
but some have disliked Chris Avellone’s take on morally ambiguous interpretation of Jedi vs Sith.

I am wondering if somone wanted to change KOTOR.
Like I think exploring Light vs Dark conflict was done in KOTOR 2...and it was one of divisive works.
-
I am wondering if they are trying to adapt elements of "X Men 3".
SpoilerLike story arc of an item that causes mutant to loose power, but with Storm instead of Mystique.
Maybe someone found an old draft and wanted to improve upon it.And of course, Phoenix saga...even down to beginning that the Jean that Cyclops married might not be the same one.

Just curious but did the drone that Gate was with appear in stories published on HJ?

Wasn't sure what her name was in original Mospeada... but in Robotech... do you think they'll entertain a "Sue Graham" Battler? It would be pretty much a repaint with a few different accessories and sculpt of the head, right?
Her name was Shinobu Takeuchi.
Other than her armor, part of me kinda wish she had a figure based on her jumpsuit.

So is there any bio on how Rook/Houqet got her armor?
I remember coming across a magazine on brief explanation that she met a dying female soldier, who gave her equipment before he perished or something.I remember using google translate and don't know where I found it.

So I check out the new G-Mechanics 2023 issue on Mospeada. Still reading, but shame that HBT is just each word of “gas” being push forward.
Also, any word on Breaker or maybe art on Mars Base military art (like female jumpsuits or other bases).
-
So any Mars Base uniforms or division color?

Part of me wonder if Nioh influenced the remake's production?
Like I know nostlagia, but Nioh re-exposed William Adam's exploits in Japan to public consciousness. -

I think Aramaki worked on Halo so that probably makes sense.
Since Halo's plasma pistol look like one from Mospeada, I think this might be the case.
In fact, he did directed Halo Legends' The Package. -

I miss the good old days when all this stuff was just on TV...
Well, this is ignoring Cable exclusives (especially when Disney, Cartoon Network, and Nick had their renaissance), and even cable tv got commercials later on (at least from older comic when Cable was a new thing and lack of ads were shown as its specialty).

Just saw this weeks episode
There’s definitely some uncomfortable discussions to be had for those with younger children. Today’s kids are used to hearing about same sex relationships, but same sex bestiality and also same sex robot and animal relations all at the same time. Glad my child is older.
Depends if
SpoilerMonsieur Mallah and the Brain is well-known at that point.

To be honest I didn’t read the story, but mostly followed for the new mecha designs.
I quite like the Inbit redesigns, & the additional Legioss + Tread variants.
If the new ride-armors brings to mind some Bubblegum Crisis feeling, this new #12 bike definitely gives it Highway Star vibes. I like it even if it turns out to be non-transformable.
Same.
Mostly just wondering if they'll have Jupiter Base or other divisions' color and uniform designs. -

Generic soldier from Mars Base, either Scott Bernard (21 being his unit number) or a place holder?
Shame it came to an end...mostly just hoping for jumpsuits and dress uniforms.

Well, Genesis Breaker story is finishing at Chapter 12.

Not that great and sometimes part of me wish they had jumpsuit and uniform art.
-
Same image from this link as well (https://hjweb.jp/article/1063757/).
Nice fleet art even if ships do look like rifles. HOPEFULLY, we get uniforms for soldiers and crews like maybe the official art of females in jumpsuits. -
Also feels that it inspired "Freedom Ain't Free" Bears.
"Freedom ain't free. Karbarra gotta be littered with new generations. Invids are not our real allies. It's under our rule, not Regess. OK. Praise REF."

Just watched the first episode. The animation is pretty good for the style. And I wouldn’t be surprised if the same people that worked on Totally Spies also worked on this. It really felt like they just replaced the spies with Superman and gave a boost to the animation quality. Same art style similar humor and same mannerisms throughout. That being said, if you liked Totally Spies then you’d probably be alright with this.
It’s a Superman that’s still coming into his powers kinda story and getting to know his friends and start of his life story. I kinda like the show for what it is, but there’s really no reason for this to be on adult swim. Everything is kid friendly and that’s part of the reason it’s more likable. If you got kids they might dig this as an odd version of Superman sort of like how the Teen Titans show was good for what it was.
Same with Unicorn: Warriors Eternal.
It isn’t bloody at all.

At least you didn’t get into Jimmy. Are there any gingers left these days?
Well, Wally is back again.
Ariel is still ginger if dark skinned.
and Oh…I forgot Gus…I mean Jimmy and Amity is Myx now (seems that someone must have missed Owl House) and Steve Lombard is Nolan from Invincible but Asian. Kal El is Vegeta or some Saiyan with cyber eyepatch and beard.
-
So why does Lois look like Luz and Superman look like Voltron Shiro?

I think I'm having a brain fart... can someone point me to the link for this latest chapter (and, if there is one showing the full listing of chapters, that would be great; I seem to have only bookmarked chapter 7, and that only shows links through chapter 8).
Thanks.
Well, it’s just a header preview. No web publications until 2nd week of July.

Preview from the artist Mercy Rabbit on their twitter. Stated that it's gonna have ship designs on the new issue released right now (magazine at least).

From the short story's paragraph.
「判るわ…第一次、第二次降下作戦の戦死者は地球に置ける三回の世界大戦の4倍。そして成果はゼロ。次が最後の降下作戦。不成功ならもはや極端な作戦しか残されていない」
とエブリが理解を示した。(Original Version)"I understand... The number of casualties in the first and second descent operations is four times that of the three world wars that can be placed on Earth. And the result is zero. The next is the final descent operation. If unsuccessful, only extreme operations will be left. No” Evry understood. (Translated Version)
The numbers seem inconsistent (or translation issue), like those events cost millions but the figures in Mospeada is Hundred of Thousands at best.
But still, probably be seeing that demographic crisis might be an issue in Mars Base since young adult population being recruited and probably became part of debris. Maybe why they started using shadow drones to make up manpower shortage for 3rd invasion.

For some reason, part of me wish there was chance for Mospeada or TNG comic.
Or at least art book for uniforms and division colors (only because official art on female Mars Base jumpsuit along with Jupiter and Saturn).
