  1. Oh Perhaps as a die-hard Mospeada fan since 1986 I happen to be particularly sensitive to Aramaki genius-level design being reinterpreted in a somehow americanized g.i. joe fashion...it just pushes all the wrong buttons for me. -Not that i demand the classic Mospeada designs only by any stretch: Aramaki's recent "re-imagining" of the ride-armors melts my face off everytime i see the riobots on my shelf! The design genius borders on the supernatural! They represent a deeply satisfying example of a departure from the originals..imho Final rub? Kid-logic made a expensive mistake..I would have purchased at least one in a hot minute had they simply used the Imai or Gakken sculpt as a basis for their outing. - just my 2 cents
  2. That kid logic statue is an even bigger abomination than the megahouse ride-armors!! Obviously made by an American team with zero style or originality. Their sdf-1 is quite respectable...shame that tried to get "creative" when it came to mospeada. 100% F A I L
  3. I was speaking to the overall body proportions; as compared to the gakken prototype and the americanized and (imo) profane toynami mpc. **Just my 2 cents as a religiously devoted fan of Genesis Climber Mospeada since 1985. P.s. fully agree about the legioss and horrible hookup
  4. Ok it's killing me : What are the odds that these B25's actually get produced?? *And no fuke in that line-up reminds me of megahouse (not in a good way)
  5. The tread is easily closest to the line art and reviewed as a solidly manufactured toy. The legioss has a cheep feel and wonky proportions...but def more durable than the toynami mpc abominations (with their disintegrating parts).
  6. Many thanks I'll definitely invest in one! And lol indeed, they have several shortcomings; but the intakes are my only unforgivable "gripe". Thanks again man!
  7. Question: Are there any Legioss models that have intakes that might even approximately fit the CM's Legioss ? Ps aware of the limited upgrade set: just don't want to spend $1200 lol
  8. Indeed..I noticed some talk suggesting they may never show up, Do you think thats a real possibility? - I've only bought from TF Source once in the past.
  9. Same here...got a Ray on pre-order. I might even give them a call to investigate how likely they are to materialize.
  10. Wait a minute...Why didn't they mangle the original sdf design like they did for the cyclone/ride armor?! (I'll never un-see that abomination)
  11. Ah Good point, Well I hope it's possible - considering the core original series characters pilot the new ride-rmors/legioss. Also, It's quite interesting that the new legioss is almost identical to the original line-art.. While much more of a (profoundly satisfying) departure for the updated rides. - They are Aramaki's master stroke! imho
  12. In that case...are we getting the Col. Wolf and dark ride-armor variants??
  13. Lol in that case : May i suggest the Yamato "Nene" Moto-slave...it's bubblegum pink ! Thou, the only one I can find is on Amazon for almost $500
  14. Let's tell Sentinel : Better RED than Dead!! #QuitFuke-ingWithHouquet *Disclaimer : I will still buy several if it's pink*
  15. Hey guys I just made a pre-order on TF Source for what looks like the 2nd re-issue for the Ray ride-armor from Sentinel. The Scott preorder said pre-sold out...So I'm assuming i dont have to pinch myself that these are actually being re-reissued lol Are any of you guys pre-ordering and what are your thoughts on possible improvements including the infamous cracked hinges? Thanks!
  16. This maybe off-topic but has anyone heard anything new about the figma motoslave and priss that was shown last year?
