I think there's quite a few people hoping for a VT-1, given that the only Yamato release had shoulder issues.

Personally I'm hoping they do a YF-21, though I think it's more likely that we'll get one from Bandai at this point.

I'm with you on the YF-21. That or a VF-11B would be ideal. They haven't done a pf YF-19 yet? I'm very familiar with the yamato YF-21 and VF-11B. Great toys in their own right, but really need to be stickered to get best from them. Bandai would have that covered (forgive the pun) for a lot less than Arcadia's attempts.

Aahh.. You're referring to to @Dobber's customs of the Yammie SV-51 that he did in Cameo/Digi pattern.

What about the ones from Macross Horizon as well?

I keep forgetting about the 52's. I would definitely designate Ivanov's 51 as "Raven" seeing as that's exactly what it looks like, especially in gerwalk. Color wise I am always more partial to the "real world" style color schemes. I tend to prefer the earlier zero, dyrl and Mac plus schemes over the likes of some Frontier and delta valks. I find the very bright and crazy color schemes kind of detract from the look of the valks. Having owned a few, I always prefered the more military style look of the Kairos. Nora's 51 color scheme is balanced between the two sides but I do like it alot.

i wonder beyond the no steps what other tampos are included.

a red anti U.N. Spacy tampo would be fine

It would be nice to have some Sukhoi inspired numbers for bellow the cockpit. Or better yet, if Arcadia released a special camo version of sv-51. Specifically the beautiful blue, white and grey one that was shown on here a few years back. That would be worthy of another 51 purchase.

  4. Just ordered one off NY £433 including EMS shipping and pay later option. I hate that any live chat issue can only be resolved through that ticket system. Makes the live chat basically pointless. One of these will do me. I only want to display it as a fighter alongside the pf vf-0s, which is available new at HLJ. I paid £383 for one minus the shipping.

So when will the premium finish come out?

i'm looking forward to mine saying A.N. Spacy on the legs.

I think after the vf-0d pf pre order is done they will probably give us the Nora regular version and maybe even a cf 51. I think it'll be a little while off yet Dave. Look forward to it though, the cost... Not so much.

:D All good. I just wanted to see how well equipped you were. You never know!

Unfortunately not enough to make use of such machinery lol I'm hoping with a little patience I can do a half decent job anyway. The no step markings will probably take some time as they are both small and plentyful. I'm sure there was a picture of the new 51 with full markings on here.

Tampo markings would mean you have the pad printing machine to tamp them. I'd just say sticker sheet.

Ah ok I see, my apologies. I meant the decals/stickers included.

  8. Getting an idea of scale always appreciated! I love trawling though youtube for vids on things of interest or unreleased collectables. I don't get why they didn't use the right color to begin with tbh. A money thing perhaps? So people would want to buy the more expensive "better" pf version? Either way they got me intrigued and I could see myself owning one. The vid had prime 1 stuff to so that's cool. (just bought lady Maria on the new smaller base)

  9. Man it really doesn't look a whole lot different from the yamato version. A few extra markings wouldn't hurt it. It looks too underwhelming for my liking. That sucks because I have been looking forward to this one for awhile. I will have to wait and see what the pf version looks like. Hope those wings will hold up ok too.

I take it that a fair amount of us wants a DX YF-21 if Bandai does make it.

Improvements over the Yammie YF-21/ VF-22 will be a great start plus the added bulk to the legs to make it aesthically more pleasing as well.

If Yamato made the legs on the Q-raus, YF-21/VF-22 more in proportional to the rest of the torso, it wouldn't have toppled over easily if you where to bump into it.

Agreed, it's definitely top heavy. The design for transform does hinder the movement too.

I miss my Yamato YF-21, but boy were the hips on that bad boy loosey goosey. Unable to even stand on its own, which is a big pet peeve of mine. I also hope Bandai releases a DX YF-21 with nice tight metal hips :)

Yeah mine ain't too bad but if this isn't proof that the yf-21 needs an update I don't know what is. The poses you can put the yf-19 in are incredible. It''s the most solid valk I've ever handled. The thing does not move, nothing is loose. The 21 is a great looking Valk, but it's really time to bring it upto today's toy standards. I want to be able to pose it like the 19, it's just incapable of any crazy poses like that. I just have to leave it standing as the ankle joints are loose on mine. Unfortunately for me, my antenna snapped on my 19 before I even touched the thing. I've got a picture here of the replacement antenna from shape ways. I like the black, it suits it. Thanks to @Xigfrid for sharing the pics and info on them. Handy option for anyone who has also been unfortunate with their 19
