  1. I follow the pattern of

get something cool without box cheap then spend lots of time tracking a box down for it so my cats don't eat it

I prefer boxed but less than 1% of my collection is sealed/unopened... not counting my spawn stuff which would disintegrate if exposed to air

I find it easy enough to remove something from box when I want to and put it back when done, and boxes stack better than loose toys. I also find that my hippie coworkes and friends are more likely to grab/drop loose stuff lying around than stacked boxes.

Oh yeah... anybody who doesn't want their boxes can always send them to me as a birthday gift

My pattern is buy the toy, take it out and play with it, trade the boxes to kanata67.

  2. My mom absolutely refuses to give me toys or guitar parts for Christmas. Since I don't care about clothes and all of that other foo foo crap I usuall end up getting cash which I then go spend on toys. ;)

and alot more but too many to list

Awe man, no testament in thier, gotta love Dave Lombardo,,,he is the best drummer in the world hands down

Damn yous dirty apes! Now I have to dig up my Testament records. They're no Overkill but The Legacy is very good.. :)

  4. I'm stuck in the late 70's early 80's. Metal, punk, hardcore, old old old school rap. No disco or pop. I've never owned a CD player other than in my PC and I only listen to vinyl or tapes made from my vinyl. My favorite band is probably Black Sabbath, even the stuff with Dio. Closely followed by the first three C.O.C. records.

  5. I don't know why you guys are so suprised. When the 1J was first announced there were pics of the GBP prototype floating around this very website. I guess it pays to have a good memory. :p

  6. Tactics is my favorite. I liked all of the others too but after a while the random, repetitive battles begin to irritate the piss out of me and end up not wanting to play them any more. By the time I pick it up again I've forgotten what I'm doing. <_< with all of the job casses, skills and weapons to choose from I've played tactics through too many times to count. I'm plaging FFT Advance now and It's pretty good too. :)

  7. I remember an episode of the twilight zone where a spaceship full of big alien ants with human faces crashes on earth. They were super-criminals or something like that. I don't really remeber except that they were really creepy looking and they talked.

  8. hey guys. in richmond.

8-15 people dead around this city. We are officially lableed by our governor as a disaster area. Huge trees around VCU campus where im at where pulled out o their roots. real weird since the tres are HUGE.

no p[ower and water for 2 days. it sucked like hell trust ,me.

I am glad to b safe and to hear my fmaily and friends and all of you are safe as well.

life is getting back to normal for the most part. I now realize how important electricity really is now.

again I am glad we are all safe.

my condolences to all of you who suffered loss or damage during this storm.

    take care everyone.

The trees in Richmond are always falling over in the wind. The reason why is a simple one. The city planners in the early 1900's didn't have the foresight to realise that the trees they planted were going to get too big for the places they were planted. Victorian retards. <_< I lived in Richmond, Oregon Hill to be exact, until about 6 months ago when the city condemned my house. Now I live in Chesterfield and this hurricane totaly brutalized us. I'm on a borrowed laptop because we lost electricity in the first hour of the storm and have yet to get it back and since we have a well that means no flushing the toilet. :( Both of my cars were crushed by a tree. :( This totaly sucks donkey nuts.

  9. Say, does /anyone/ remember this one game... Im at my witts end. None of my friends remember it. It was for the NES, I remember my brother renting it in a video store, it was next to the popular titles like Metroid and stuff.

The cover had a train on a bridge de-railing into a river, and there were two dudes on the cover. It took place in the jungle I think. It was a one person, or simultaneous two person game. It was an overhead view game, like Metal Gear. You'd run around, shooting people, and you could hop into these funky little tanks, and use them to drive around, crush people, and the like.

One of the later levels involved you jumping out of some kind of Rail vehicle before it derailed.

I know its a bit off topic.. But does /ANYONE/ remember this game? I remember it being fun, but I only palyed it a bit, and these memories are freakin ANCIENT. So yah.

    -BEN-MAN-

    Sounds like Ikari Warriors.
