  1. I think I could turn gay for a crack at Godzillas colletion. The 60s do have a pretty good fighter mode but the gerwalk mode pokes goats. They also get wery floppy after a few transformations. For playing with nothing beats a 1/55, except maybe a joke machine.
  2. Maybe, just maybe, it's because this is the "Other" Anime or Science Fiction area. Or am I being too obvious? It wasn't always.
  3. Well, here's the official word on what makes an A-10C an A-10C. The modifications are: 1) Digital Stores Management System (DSMS Integration - 5x7 display, CICU, CB Panel Mod, CICU SW, SubSystem Impact SW - SADL) 2) DC Power Generator Circuit Breakers 3) 1760 Bus Integration (cabling, circuit breakers, SCU A, Pylon, 1760 connectors, CICU Impact) 4) Digital Data Link 5) Targeting Pod Integration 6) JDAM/WCMD Integration
  4. Maybe it's Hikaru and Minmei cosplaying Link and Zelda. Maybe they were ment for the costume changing sequence in DYRL?
  5. Really? They look like kids to me, about right for the story. Yes, I'm a big fan of Mikimoto, glad to see more of his stuff. Link in LoZ is a really little kid 6yrs old or so. In Zelda2 hes a teen like the drawings. In legend of zelda on NES there is absoloutly nothing to indicate links age in game. Maybe some of the artwork on the box or something, but we all know how innacurate nes box art was back then. My point is that, Links age isn't given. And if you're going off his looks? well he's the same size and shape as just about every other person of his type in the game.. sorry i just hear alot of people claiming they know links age when really, there just isn't enough info given. Oh well, reality is nothing but a perception. That's my perception and I'm sticking to it.

  7. I just hope it's better than that horrible attempt at a Blazing saddles TV show.
  8. I've heard that too but all of the A-10 people I've talked to say it's just a trainer. All I really know about the 10C is that there are six new systems involved. I can find out what they are tommorrow.
  9. I met a guy here in town that builds ARs and the such from stock for the State Police here. A true honest to god gunsmith. I can give his phone # if you want it. He's a truly awesome dude.
  10. All of the Zero designs are fugly IMHO.
  11. There is a 2-seater A-10. It's the A-10B. I think there's only one. It was made to test the feasability of producing a trainer version.
  12. The new stick was chosen based on pilot input so I wouldn't worry about it too much.
  13. It would look god if the wing were straight too. I think that having the wings attach at the top of the fuselage just isn't very aggressive looking and a good fighter should put fear into the enemy.
  14. That would look really cool if you ditched the top wing. It seems kinda excessive and silly. edit: I like the thingys on the wing tips. Keep them.
  15. I would thin,k the way to get your gun made would be to patent your design and shop it around to the various manufacturers until you find someone willing to pony up the cash to make it a reality. But what the hell do I know? I'm no businessman.
  16. All that typing for nothing. Cap. A is a Canuck.
  17. The Lewis gun had a rotating drum mag alll the way back in 1911.
  18. Link seems somewhat adult in those images. My bet is they were for Zelda II. As for why he drew them, it's pretty obvious, someone paid him to.
  19. The ultra-rare VF-1FJ Fallschirmjager Valkyrie.
  20. Those are the stickers it came with. I trimmed them up a bit before I put em on.
  21. The FNC is based on the AK as well. There hasnt really been an original idea in assult rifle design since Stoner croaked.
  22. The problem I see with the box wing would be getting chunks of debris stuck in them. It might be cool to fill the space between the wings with missile tubes or chaff launches or something.
